تحلیل اثرات بحران ژئوپلیتیکی قره‌باغ بر امنیت مرزهای بین‌المللی شمال غرب جمهوری اسلامی ایران

ایجاد امنیت و حفظ آن در مناطق مرزی یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائلی است که کشورها با آن روبه‌رو هستند. چالش‌های امنیتی در مناطق مرزی منشا درون‌مرزی یا برون‌مرزی داشته و در قالب‌های نظامی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و سیاسی شکل می‌گیرد. تحولات صورت گرفته در کشورهای هم‌جوار می‌تواند تبعات امنیتی برای همسایگان خود در پی داشته باشد. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل آثار بحران ژئوپلیتیکی قره‌باغ بر امنیت مرزهای بین‌المللی شمال غرب جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌باشد. روش پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد توصیفی – میدانی و با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه با کارشناسان امنیتی در محدوده موردمطالعه به تحلیل موضوع پرداخته شد که یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که بحران قره‌باغ به دلیل قرار گرفتن در مجاورت مرزهای بین‌المللی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در قالب سه گزاره؛ حضور نیروهای تروریستی مخالف نظام جمهوری اسلامی در منطقه قره‌باغ و قرار گرفتن این نیروها در نزدیکی مناطق حساس و حیاتی مستقر در نوار مرز ایران، حضور رژیم صهیونیستی در قالب پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی و امنیتی در نزدیکی نوار مرز و انجام اقدامات خرابکارانه از طریق مرزهای شمال غرب کشور و همچنین عدم احترام به مرزهای بین‌المللی در بحران اخیر(جنگ دوم قره‌باغ) بر امنیت مرزهای بین‌المللی جمهوری اسلامی ایران واقع در شمال غرب کشور تاثیر داشته است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهد جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای حفظ امنیت ملی خود در مرزهای بین‌المللی نیازمند راهبرد کلان در قالب ملی و بین‌المللی است که از طریق این راهبرد اقدامات لازم از قبیل تقویت مرزهای خود برای جلوگیری اقدامات خرابکارانه بر روی مناطق حساس و حیاتی در مناطق مرزی و در درون کشور در قالب ملی و انجام اقدامات لازم مثل دیپلماسی فعال در مجامع بین‌المللی برای احقاق حقوق ازدست‌رفته مثل ترور نخبگان هسته‌ای که از طرق مرزهای بین‌المللی وارد کشور شده بودند، در قالب بین‌المللی می‌باشد.

analysis of the effects of the geopolitical crisis of karabagh on the security of international borders northwest of the islamic republic of iran

creating and maintaining security in border areas is one of the most important issues that countries face. security challenges in border areas have internal or external origins and are formed in military, cultural, economic, and political formats. developments in neighboring countries can have security consequences for their neighbors. the purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of the geopolitical crisis of karabagh on the security of the international borders of the northwest of the islamic republic of iran. qualitative research method with a descriptive-field approach and using library resources and interviews with security experts in the studied area was analyzed and the findings showed that the karabakh crisis due to its proximity to the international borders of the islamic republic of iran in the form of three propositions. ; the presence of terrorist forces opposed to the islamic republic of iran in the karabakh region and the presence of these forces near sensitive and vital areas located on the iranian border, the presence of the zionist regime in the form of information and security bases near the border and carrying out acts of sabotage through the northwestern borders of the country. also, the lack of respect for international borders in the recent crisis (the second nagorno-karabakh war) has affected the security of the international borders of the islamic republic of iran located in the northwest of the country. the obtained results show that the islamic republic of iran needs a macro strategy in the national and international format to maintain its national security in the international borders, through this strategy necessary measures such as strengthening its borders to prevent subversive actions on sensitive and vital areas in the border areas and within the country in a national format and taking necessary measures such as active diplomacy in international forums for the realization of lost rights, such as the assassination of nuclear elites who entered the country through international borders, is in an international format.
