شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل کلیدی توسعه گردشگری شهرهای ساحلی مطالعه موردی: شهر مرزی بوشهر

گردشگری شهری یک فعالیت کلیدی اقتصادی است که به‌طور قابل‌توجهی به اقتصاد جهانی کمک می‌کند. مناطق ساحلی با جذب صدها میلیون گردشگر هرسال سهم قابل‌توجهی را در این رشد داشته‌اند و بر جریان افزایش بازدیدکنندگان تاثیر بخصوصی گذاشته‌اند اما در ارتباط با شهر ساحلی بوشهر، این شهر جزء مقاصد پر بازید برای گردشگری نمی‌باشد. با توجه به اینکه پر بازده‌ترین اکوسیستم‌های کره زمین که فرصت‌های تفریح و گردشگری بسیاری را ایجاد کرده‌اند محدوده‌های آبیساحلی هستند، هدف این تحقیق شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر توسعه گردشگری شهر ساحلی بوشهر با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی می‌باشد. در این روند ابتدا از طریق بررسی ادبیات تحقیق و مصاحبه با افراد خبره در زمینه آینده‌پژوهی عوامل مختلف شناسایی شدند. سپس با استفاده از روش تحلیل ساختاری با نرم‌افزار میک مک، عوامل اصلی تاثیرگذار بر وضعیت آینده گردشگری شهر بوشهر استخراج شد. بررسی وضعیت پراکندگی متغیرهای موثر بر گردشگری شهر، نشان‌دهنده ناپایداری سیستم بود. عوامل موردنظر را در چهار دسته متغیرهای مستقل، وابسته، دووجهی و تاثیرگذار طبقه‌بندی شدند. درنهایت با ارزیابی تمامی عوامل مشخص‌شده، هشت عامل کلیدی طرح جامع گردشگری، اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی، برنامه‌ریزی سیستمی و کارآمد، قوانین و اختیارات سازمان‌های تصمیم‌گیرنده، برند سازی شهری، تفریحات ساحلی، جهانی‌شدن فرهنگ و تاثیر آن بر هویت گردشگری و کیفیت سواحل شهر به‌عنوان عوامل کلیدی موثر بر توسعه گردشگری شهر بوشهر شناسایی شدند.

Identification and Analysis of Key Factors in the Development of Tourism in Coastal Cities, Case Study: Bushehr

Urban tourism is an important economic activity that contributes significantly to the global economy. Coastal areas have made a significant contribution to this growth by attracting hundreds of millions of tourists each year and have had a considerable impact on the flow of visitors. But concerning the coastal city of Bushehr, this city is not one of the most popular tourist destinations. Given that the most productive ecosystems on Earth that have created many opportunities for recreation and tourism are watercoastal areas, the purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors affecting the development of tourism in the coastal city of Bushehr with a future studies approach. Various factors were first identified in this process by reviewing the research literature and interviewing experts in future research. Then, using the structural analysis method with Mick Mac software, the main factors affecting the future of tourism in Bushehr were extracted. The study of the distribution of variables affecting the city’s tourism showed the system’s instability. The factors were classified into four independent, dependent, twodimensional and influential variables. Finally, by evaluating all the identified factors, the eight critical factors of the comprehensive tourism plan, ecotourism resorts, systematic and efficient planning, rules and powers of decisionmaking organizations, urban branding, beach recreation, globalization of culture, and its impact on the identity of tourism and the quality of the city’s beaches, were identified as key factors affecting the development of tourism in Bushehr.
