تحلیل عوامل شیوع عملیات‌های تروریستی در منطقه میر جاوه

عملیات‌های تروریستی می‌تواند بر امنیت و احساس آن در جامعه به‌طور گسترده تاثیرگذار باشد. بررسی عناصر فرهنگی، اجتماعی و رویکردهای سیاسی و انتظامی در مقابله با تروریسم، نمایانگر تاثیر آن‌ها در شیوع عملیات‌های تروریستی است. هدف پژوهش تحلیل این عوامل و تاثیر آن‌ها در شیوع عملیات‌های تروریستی منطقه میر جاوه است. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت، توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد. عوامل موثر در شیوع عملیات‌های تروریستی به‌وسیله مصاحبه ساختاریافته با 46 نفر از فعالان اجتماعی، فرهنگی و افراد آگاه به مسائل امنیتی در منطقه میر جاوه و توزیع پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به تعداد 170 نفر از کارکنان ستاد و یگان‌های مرزی هنگ میر جاوه به‌عنوان حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران جمع‌آوری شد. اعتبار پژوهش از نوع سازه و صوری و روایی هریک از مفاهیم از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه‌شده است، به‌نحوی‌که این ضریب در مفاهیم: عملیات‌های تروریستی، عوامل فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و انتظامی به ترتیب 0.86، 0.62، 0.88، 0.75 و 0.84 می‌باشد. بر اساس یافته‌های توصیفی، میانگین شیوع عملیات‌های تروریستی از منظر پاسخگویان 3.31 در دامنه 15 است. این میزان در عوامل اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی در همان دامنه، به ترتیب 3.49، 3.30 و 3.81 می‌باشد. بنابراین عوامل اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی بیشتر از حد متوسط و عوامل انتظامی کمتر از حد متوسط (2.86) می‌باشد. بر اساس یافته‌های تحلیلی، مرزبانانی که تجربه خدمتی بیشتری در مرزدارند، عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی را بیشتر در شیوع عملیات‌های تروریستی موثر می‌دانند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد مسائل اجتماعی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و انتظامی با شیوع عملیات‌های تروریستی در منطقه میر جاوه رابطه دارند، چنانچه با افزایش این مسائل، عملیات‌های تروریستی شیوع بیشتری می‌یابند.

Analysis of the Causes of the Spread of Terrorist Operations in Mirjaveh Region

Terrorist operations can profoundly affect security and its sense in society. The study of cultural, social and political and disciplinary elements in the fight against terrorism shows their impact on the prevalence of terrorist operations. The purpose of this study is to analyze these factors and their impact on the prevalence of terrorist operations in the Mirjaveh region. The research method is applied and descriptivesurvey in terms of purpose and   nature, respectively. The effective Factors on the prevalence of terrorist operations through structured interviews with 46 social and cultural activists and people aware of security issues in the Mirjaveh region and the distribution of a researchermade questionnaire to 170 staff members and border units of the Mirjaveh Regiment as a sample size based on the Cochran’s formula was collected. The validity of the research is structural and formal and the reliability of each concept is calculated through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, so that this coefficient in the concepts: terrorist operations, cultural, social, political and disciplinary factors are 0.86, 0.62, 0.88, 0.75 and 0.84, respectively. Based on descriptive findings, the average prevalence of terrorist operations from the perspective of respondents is 3.31 in the range of 15. This rate in social, cultural and political factors in the same range is 3.49, 3.30 and 3.81, respectively. Therefore, social, cultural and political factors are above average and disciplinary factors are below average (2.86). According to analytical findings, border guards who have more service experience at the border consider cultural and social factors to be more effective in the spread of terrorist operations. The results indicate that social, cultural, political and disciplinary issues are related to the prevalence of terrorist operations in the Mirjaveh region, as with the increase of these issues, terrorist operations become more prevalent.
