تاثیر تحولات اقتصادی جمهوری آذربایجان بر هویت‌های هم‌زیست در نواحی آذری نشین ایران

کشور آذربایجان با توجه به ویژگی‌های ژئوپلیتیکی، فاقد یک کشور همسایه با هویت قومی، زبانی و فرهنگی مشترک و یک شریک استراتژیک است. در بخش جنوبی آن به‌رغم اشتراکات فراوان با ایران، دولت‌مردان و قدرت‌های فرا منطقه‌ای تلاش نموده‌اند تا همواره به‌عنوان سیاسی متفاوت نسبت به ایران در منطقه نقش‌آفرین باشد. اگرچه آذربایجان فعلاً دارای روابط نسبتاً خوب با ایران است، اما در صورت تحریک‌های قومی، می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز جدایی‌طلبی استان‌های آذری نشین ایران را فراهم سازد. لذا هدف این پژوهش بررسی آثار تحولات اقتصادی آذربایجان بر هویت‌های همزیست در مناطق آذری نشین شمال غرب ایران می‌باشد. روش پژوهش ترکیبی از (کمی و کیفی) می باشد. ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی است. جهت نرمال و یا غیر نرمال بودن داده‌های پرسشنامه از آزمون کولموگروفاسمیرنوف، و برای سنجش پایایی مقادیر نیز از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد اقدامات توسعه‌ای آذربایجان موفقیت‌هایی را در حوزه اقتصادی به دست آورده که روند هویت‌یابی قومی در این کشور را سرعت بخشیده و همین امر، هویت‌های همزیست شامل هویت‌های ملی، دینی و قومی در میان استان‌های آذرنشین ایران را دچار بازاندیشی یا باز چینش کرده است. به‌گونه‌ای که در میان بخشی از آنان، سلسله‌مراتب بینا ذهنی هویت‌های همزیست، هویت قومی به جایگاه اولیه ارتقاءیافته و می‌تواند مسائلی رابین دو کشور ایجاد کند.

Explaining the Impact of Economic Developments in the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Identities of Coexistence in the Azerbaijani Azeri Regions

Although the Republic of Azerbaijan currently enjoys relatively good relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran and also enjoys considerable security and stability on the borders of the two countries, But in the event of ethnic and nationalist provocations, the Republic of Azerbaijan can pave the way for the secession of the Azerbaijani provinces of Iran. It seems that the economic developments and improvement of living conditions of the people of Azerbaijan can have a significant impact on the ethnic divergence towards Iran and on the convergence towards the Republic of Azerbaijan.The purpose of this study was to explain the effects of economic developments in Azerbaijan on coexistence identities in Iranian Azerbaijani provinces. This research is based on an analytical descriptive study. Some of the data from this study were used through questionnaire and snowball sampling method. The findings of the research show that the development plans and programs of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the last three decades since its formation, especially the achievements in the economic field, have accelerated the process of ethnic identification in this country. And, coexistence of national, religious, and ethnic identities among the Azeri provinces of Iran has been rethought or reconsidered. As part of the Azeri community of Iranian hierarchies of coethnic identities, ethnic identity has been elevated to the position of primary identity and can create issues between the two countries in the future.
