برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی امنیت پایدار در منطقه مرزی رود ارس

زمینه و هدف: همه کشورها برای تامین امنیت پایدار نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی هستند. این امر به ویژه در مناطق مرزی به دلیل حساسیت این مناطق از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. این پژوهش قصد دارد برای منطقه مرزی ارس، راهبرد امنیت پایدار طراحی نماید. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را ساکنان منطقه مرزی ارس تشکیل داده‌اند و حجم نمونه 322 نفری بر اساس فرمول کوکران مورد پرسش قرار گرفته‌اند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها، پس از مرور ادبیات، بررسی میدانی و مصاحبه با خبرگان، پرسشنامه روا و پایا (آلفای کرونباخ 0.75) طراحی و اجرا شد و داده‌های به دست آمده با تکنیک  swot تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها و نتایج: پژوهش نشان داد شاخص‌های امنیتی در منطقه مرزی رود ارس، با «راهبرد بازنگری» تناسب دارند. بنابراین، بایستی با استفاده از «فرصت‌ها» برای رفع نقاط «ضعف» در این منطقه تلاش نمود.

Strategic Planning for Sustainable Security in the Aras River Border Area

Background and Objective: All countries need strategic planning to ensure sustainable security. This is especially important in border areas because of the sensitivity of these areas. This study aims to design a sustainable security strategy for the Aras border region. Methodology: This study is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of implementation. The population of the study consisted of the residents of Aras border area and the sample size of 322 people was questioned based on Cochran formula. To collect data, after reviewing the literature, field survey and interviewing experts, a valid and reliable questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha 0.75) was designed and implemented and the data were analyzed by SWOT technique. Findings and Results: The research showed that the security indicators in the Aras River border area are in line with the “review strategy”. Therefore, opportunities should be sought to address the 'weaknesses' in this region.
