تاثیر تجهیزات کنترلی در ارتقاء امنیت مرزهای استان کردستان

تجهیزات و سیستم‌های کنترلی، وسایلی هستند که توانمندی نیروهای مرزبانی را در کنترل و مراقبت از مرز افزایش می‌دهند. این تجهیزات در کنار نیروی انسانی کارآمد، نقش مهمی در ایجاد امنیت مناطق مرزی دارند. در این مقاله کارکرد انواع مختلف تجهیزات کنترلی ویژه مرزها ارائه‌شده و این امکان را می‌دهد تا شناخت درستی در رابطه با نحوه استفاده صحیح از آن‌ها حاصل شود، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت میزان تاثیر تجهیزات کنترلی در ارتقاء امنیت مرزهای استان کردستان انجام‌شده است. روش این پژوهش، کاربردی و از نوع پیمایشی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری آن را تمامی کارکنان فرماندهی مرزبانی استان کردستان در سال 98 تشکیل داده و نمونه 88 نفری به‌صورت تمام شمار مورد پرسش قرارگرفته‌اند. داده‌ها با کمک پرسشنامه‌ای جمع آوری گردید. پایایی (آلفای کرونباخ 0.92) به دست آمد  و تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با نرم‌افزار spss24 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که از میان تجهیزات کنترلی؛ دوربین‌های دید در شب و حسگرهای حرارتی، بیشترین اثرگذاری را بر ارتقاء امنیت مرزهای استان کردستان دارند. دراین‌بین کاربردی‌ترین آن‌ها، دوربین s700 است که از سامانه‌های تاکتیکی و حرارتی و قابلیت حمل نفر برخوردار است. این سامانه قابلیت عکس‌برداری و فیلم‌برداری را داشته و می‌تواند محتویات آن را روی هر یک از حافظه‌های جانبی انتقال دهد. این سیستم بیشترین میزان کشفیات را در بیلان عملکرد خود در میان سایر دوربین‌ها داشته است. همچنین رادارها و پهپادها نیز به ترتیب دارای کمترین میزان تاثیر بوده‌اند. بر این اساس می‌توان گفت بنا به‌موقعیت‌های جغرافیایی که در هر منطقه‌ای وجود دارد باید از تجهیزات کنترلی مناسب و پیشرفته مدرن، که منجر به ارتقاء امنیت مرزها می‌شود استفاده نمود.

The Effect of Control Equipment on Improving the Security of Kurdistan Province Borders

Equipment and control systems are devices that increase the ability of border guards to protect the border. These equipment, along with efficient manpower, play an important role in creating security in border areas. In this article, the function of different types of border control equipment is presented and it makes that possible to understand exactly how to use them properly. Therefore, the present study was conducted to identify the effect of control equipment on improving the security of the borders of Kurdistan province. The method of this research is applied and of surveycorrelation type. The statistical population consisted of all employees of the Border Command of Kurdistan Province in 2019 and 88 people that were chosen in the form of fullcensus sampling, have been questioned. Data were collected through questionnaire. Reliability (Cronbach’s alpha 0.92) was obtained and data analysis was performed via SPSS24 software. The results showed that among the control equipment; Night vision cameras and thermal sensors have the greatest impact on improving the security of the borders of Kurdistan province. The results showed that night vision cameras and thermal sensors among the control equipment, have the greatest effect on improving the security of the borders of Kurdistan province. In meanwhile, the most practical is the S700 camera, which has tactical and thermal systems and is portable. This system has the ability to take photos and videos and can transfer its contents to any of the external memory. In addition, the system has the highest number of discoveries in its performance balance among other cameras. Radars and drones also had the least impact, respectively. Based on this, it can be said that according to the geographical locations that exist in each region, appropriate and advanced modern control equipment must be used, which leads to improving border security.
