بررسی تاثیر رضایت از نوآوری خدمات مرزبانان بر بروز رفتار ویژه گردشگران (مورد مطالعه: مرز جلفا)

زمینه و هدف: منطقه مرزی جلفا به دلیل ویژگیای محیطی، جاذبه‎های فرهنگی و انسانی و آثار تاریخی و باستانی بی‎نظیر، توانایی تبدیل شدن به یکی از محورهای مهم گردشگری در سطح منطقه را دارد. یکی از مهم‌ترین عواملی که می‌تواند موجبات تمایز این منطقه نسبت به سایر مناطق گردشگری را فراهم آورد، نوآوری در خدمات عرضه شده و رضایت گردشگران از این خدمات است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر رضایت از نوآوری خدمات مرزبانان بر بروز رفتار ویژه گردشگران در منطقه مرزی جلفا صورت‎گرفته است. روش: این پژوهش کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا پیمایشی است. جامعه آن را گردشگران منطقه مرزی جلفا تشکیل داده‌اند و نمونه 400 نفری از آنان مورد پرسش قرار گرفته‌اند. دادها با استفاده از پرسش‎نامه روا(با تایید خبرگان) و پایا(آلفای کرونباخ 77/0 و بالاتر) جمع‎آوری و با روش حداقل مربعات جزئی در نرم‏افزار pls تحلیل ‎شده است. یافته‌ها و نتایج: پژوهش نشان داد که رضایت از نوآوری در خدمات مرزبانان، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر بروز رفتار ویژه گردشگران منطقه جلفا دارد. بنابراین، هر چه اقدامات نوآورانه در خدمات مرزی بیشتر باشد و این خدمات به شیوه‌ای مناسب‌تری در اختیار گردشگران قرار گیرد، احتمال تکرار گردشگری یا توصیه این مقصد به دیگران بیشتر است و توجه به این موضوع از سوی مدیران و فعالان حوزه گردشگری مزیتی رقابتی محسوب می شود.

The Impact of Border Service Innovation Satisfaction on the Behavior of Special Tourists(Case Study: Jolfa Border)

Background and Aim: Due to its environmental characteristics, cultural and human attractions and unique historical and archaeological sites, Jolfa border region has the potential to become one of the most important tourism centers in the region. One of the most important factors that can differentiate this region from other tourism areas is the innovation in the services offered and the satisfaction of the tourists. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of satisfaction with border guard service innovation on the behavior of tourists in Jolfa border region. Method: This is an applied and survey research. The community is made up of tourists from the Jolfa border area, with a sample of 400 people questioned. Data were collected by valid and reliable questionnaires (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.77 and above) and analyzed by partial least squares method in PLS software. Findings and Results: The research showed that satisfaction with innovation in border services has a positive and significant effect on the special behavior of tourists in Jolfa region. Therefore, the more innovative measures in border services are made and the more accessible they are to tourists, the more likely they are to repeat or recommend this destination to others, and tourism managers and activists consider this a competitive advantage. .
