بررسی احساس امنیت در مناطق مرزی مطالعه موردی: شهر مریوان

شهر مریوان در استان کردستان ازجمله مناطق مرزی کشور است که توسعه آن به صورت‌های مختلفی با موضوع احساس امنیت در ارتباط است. سرمایه‌گذاری بر روی ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های گردشگری و اقتصادی این شهر پیش از همه نیازمند شناسایی احساس امنیت شهروندان ساکن در شهر مریوان است. هدف اصلی تحقیق بررسی احساس امنیت شهروندان شهر مریوان می‌باشد. احساس امنیت در این پژوهش در چهار بُعد احساس امنیت جانی، مالی، حیثیتی و احساس آسایش عمومی سنجش شده است. در این تحقیق از روش‌های کمی (پرسشنامه خود اجرا) و کیفی (مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و بحث گروهی) استفاده‌شده است. این دو روش در کنار یکدیگر شناخت دقیق‌تر و عمیق‌تری از موضوع موردمطالعه فراهم می‌آورند. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که احساس امنیت شهروندان در چهار بُعد موردمطالعه و همچنین برآیند این چهار بُعد یعنی احساس امنیت در سطح مناسبی قرار دارد. یافته‌های کیفی پژوهش بیانگر آن است که شهروندان در مقایسه با گذشته احساس امنیت شهر را در سطح پایین و در مقایسه با شهرهای دیگر احساس امنیت شهر مریوان را در سطح بالاتری ارزیابی می‌کنند. احساس امنیت شهروندان برحسب جنسیت، تحصیلات و وضعیت شغلی تفاوت معناداری دارد و با مدت اقامت در شهر نیز از رابطه معکوسی برخوردار است. تهیه گزارش‌های مختلف از شهر مریوان در رسانه ملی و معرفی جاذبه‌های گردشگری و ظرفیت‌های اقتصادی این شهر همراه با وضعیت امنیت آن سبب آشنایی بیشتر شهروندان سایر استان‌ها با شهر مریوان شده و به بهبود دیدگاه آن‌ها در ارتباط با این شهر کمک می‌کند.

Investigating the feeling of security in border areas (studied in Marivan city)

۱۴۸۶/۵۰۰۰ Background and Aim: Marivan city in Kurdistan province is one of the border areas of the country, the development of which is related to the issue of security in various ways. Investing in the city’s tourism and economic potential requires, first and foremost, a sense of security for citizens living in Marivan. Accordingly, the main purpose of the study is to investigate the sense of security of the citizens of the city of Marivan and the difference in the sense of security according to their general characteristics. The sense of security in this study is measured in four dimensions: sense of life, financial security, prestige and sense of public comfort.Method: Due to the sensitivity of the subject and the characteristics of the statistical population, in this research, quantitative methods (selfimplementation questionnaire) and qualitative (semistructured interview and group discussion) have been used. Together, these two methods provide a more accurate and indepth understanding of the subject matter.Findings and Results: The research findings show that citizens’ sense of security is at an appropriate level in the four dimensions studied and also the result of these four dimensions is the sense of security. The qualitative findings of the study indicate that citizens have a lower level of security in the city compared to the past and a higher level of security in the city of Marivan compared to other cities. Citizens’ sense of security differs significantly in terms of gender, education, and job status, and is inversely related to length of stay in the city. The preparation of various reports from the city of Marivan in the national media and the introduction of tourist attractions and economic capacities of this city along with its security situation have made the citizens of other provinces more familiar with the city of Marivan and improved their views on this. The city helps
