بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء امنیت پایدار مناطق مرزی مطالعه موردی: شهرستان مرزی سردشت

وجود امنیت در مناطق مرزی از اهمیت شایانی برخوردار است به‌خصوص مناطق مرزی ریشه استحکام آمایش سرزمین محسوب می‌شود. در حال حاضر مسائل مرتبط با امنیت پایدار مناطق مرزی بسیار حائز اهمیت است زیرا در صورت وجود هرگونه اختلاف مرزی و ناامنی در این مناطق امنیت ملی را مورد تهدید قرار می‌دهد. آنچه می‌تواند بر امنیت مناطق مرزی تاثیرگذار باشد شناسایی عوامل موثر بر آن و تلاش برای برون‌رفت از چالش‌های دامن‌گیر و تقویت فرصت‌ها می‌باشد. منطقه مرزی سردشت در سال‌های اخیر شاهد افزایش قاچاق کالا و گروه‌های معاند ستیزه‌جو بوده و باعث ناامنی منطقه شده است. ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء امنیت پایدار شهرستان مرزی سردشت است. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی مبتنی بر پیمایش می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش متخصصین و صاحب‌نظران مرتبط با موضوع امنیت است که به روش گلوله برفی حجم نمونه 35 نفر می‌باشد. روش تحلیل بر اساس مدل استراتژیک swot است. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد که وضعیت امنیت در منطقه مرزی سردشت در وضعیت تهاجمی so قرار دارد. در بین مولفه‌های نقاط قوت وجود بازارچه‌های مرزی ، نظارت دقیق و قوی فرمانده انتظامی و مرزبانی در مرزهای شهرستان به‌عنوان عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء امنیت در شهرستان مرزی سردشت بیشترین تاثیر را دارند. همچنین گسترش قاچاق کالا و بازخورد منفی آن بر امنیت، توسعه نامتوازی و هم‌زمان زیرساخت‌های امنیت مرزی از نقاط ضعف این منطقه می‌باشد. در بین نقاط فرصت عملکرد رسانه‌ها و افزایش احساس امنیت، وجود زبان و مذهب مشترک ساکنین دو طرف مرز ، و در بین نقاط تهدید نیز شکاف بین مردم و مسئولین، گسترش قاچاق کالا بیشترین تاثیر را در ارتقاء امنیت پایدار منطقه دارند. لذا برای ایجاد امنیت پایدار در مناطق مرزی شهرستان سردشت لازم است راهبردهای توسعه در همه ابعاد موردتوجه قرار گیرد تا مفهوم امنیت پایدار تحقق یابد.

Review Factors affecting the sustainable security of border areasCase study: Sardasht border city

Security is important in border areas, especially in border areas. At present, issues related to the sustainable security of border areas are very important because they threaten national security in the event of any border disputes and insecurity in these areas. What can affect the security of border areas is identifying the factors that affect it and trying to overcome the challenges and strengthen opportunities. In recent years, the Sardasht border region has witnessed an increase in smuggling of goods and antimilitant groups, which has led to insecurity in the region. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the promotion of sustainable security in the border city of Sardasht. The research method is descriptiveanalytical based on survey. The statistical population of the study is experts and experts related to the subject of security, which is the sample size of 35 people using the snowball method. The analysis method is based on SWOT strategic model. The results show that the security situation in the border region of Sardasht is in an aggressive state of SO. Among the components of the strengths of the existence of border markets, accurate and strong supervision of the police and border guards at the city limits as the factors affecting the promotion of security in the border city of Sardasht have the greatest impact. Also, the spread of smuggling and its negative feedback on security, unequal development and at the same time border security infrastructure are some of the weaknesses of this region. Among the opportunities were media performance and increased security, the existence of a common language and religion of residents on both sides of the border, and among the threats, the gap between people and officials, the spread of smuggling had the greatest impact.
