تاثیر امنیت اجتماعی بر ارزش ادراک‌شده از توسعه مقصدهای گردشگری مرزی مطالعه موردی: شهر مرزی گرمی

مطالعه چگونگی تاثیرگذاری امنیت اجتماعی مقاصد مرزی بر ارزش ادراک‌شده از توسعه گردشگری و مشارکت و حمایت ساکنان مورد غفلت قرارگرفته است. شهر مرزی گرمی به دلیل توسعه کسب‌وکارهای گردشگری نیاز به توجه بیشتر به مسائل امنیتی خصوصاً امنیت اجتماعی بخش گردشگری در این مقصد دارد. همچنین به دلیل اندازه جمعیتی کوچک این شهر، عامل روان‌شناختی همچون دل‌بستگی مکانی نیز در روابط ذکرشده تاثیرگذار است. پژوهش حاضر با بررسی رابطه میان متغیرهای پژوهش در شهر گرمی به افزایش درک از میزان اثرگذاری امنیت اجتماعی بر ارزش ادراک‌شده از توسعه گردشگری و مشارکت و حمایت ساکنان مقاصد مرزی و میزان تعدیل گری دل‌بستگی ساکنان مقاصد مرزی کمک کرده و دانش موجود در این زمینه را بیشتر نماید.  این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش توصیفی تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری آن ساکنان شهر گرمی در سال 1397 است. حجم نمونه لازم با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. روایی و پایایی مدل تحقیق و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار smart pls انجام شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که امنیت اجتماعی تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر ارزش ادراک‌شده، مشارکت و حمایت از توسعه گردشگری مقاصد شهری مرزی دارد. دل‌بستگی مکانی ساکنین رابطه امنیت اجتماعی و ارزش ادراک‌شده از توسعه گردشگری در مقاصد شهری مرزی را تعدیل می‌کند ولی رابطه میان امنیت اجتماعی و حمایت و مشارکت در توسعه گردشگری در مقاصد شهری مرزی نقش تعدیل گر ندارد.

The Impact of Social Security in Boundary Destinations on Perceived Value of Tourism Development and Resident Participation and Support: Emphasizing the Moderating Role of Place Attachment (Case Study of Germi City)

The relationship between security and factors affecting tourism , the study of how the impact of social security on boundary destinations on the perceived value of tourism development and the participation and support of residents in these destinations has been neglected. However, because of the need for this tourism city to grow tourism businesses in the border region of Germi, and because of its small size, attention to security issues, especially the social security of the tourism sector, has contributed to the boom of the industry. Accordingly the impact of social security on these factors is higher in the Germi city. Also, due to the small population size of the city, psychological factors such as place attachment are also influential in these relationships. Accordingly, the present study has attempted to investigate the relationship between research variables to increase understanding of the impact of social security promotion on the perceived value of tourism development and participation and support of residents in boundary destinations and the moderation of residents' attachment to destinations and will help and increase the knowledge available in this field. Methodology: The present study is an applied and descriptiveanalytic study. The population of this study is residents of Germi city in 2017. Sample size was calculated using Cochran formula. Indicators of the research questionnaire were obtained and localized from related studies and backgrounds. The validity and reliability of the research model and data analysis were determined using structural equation modeling analysis in SMART PLS software. Discussion and conclusion: The findings of the study showed that social security has a positive and significant effect on perceived value, participation and support for tourism development of boundary urban destinations. Also, residents' place attachment moderates the relationship between social security and perceived value of tourism development in border urban destinations.
