پیامدهای تغییر ژئوپلیتیکی اقلیم کردستان عراق در امنیت مرزهای غربی ایران

ایجاد امنیت و حفظ آن در مناطق مرزی یکی از مهمترین مسائلی است که کشورها  با آن روبه رو هستند. چالش‌های امنیتی در مناطق مرزی منشا درون‌مرزی یا برون‌مرزی داشته و در قالب‌های نظامی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، سیاسی شکل می گیرد. تحولات صورت گرفته در کشورهای هم‌جوار می‌تواند تبعاتامنیتی برای همسایگان خود در پی داشته باشد. با توجه به اهمیت امنیت در مناطق مرزی هدف این پژوهش شناخت پیامدهای تغییر ژئوپلیتیکی اقلیم کردستان عراق و تاثیر آن بر امنیت مرزهای غربی ایران می باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی و برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و همچنین تحلیل گزارش‌های ارائه‌شده در خبرگزاری‌ها و سایت‌های معتبر ملی و بین‌المللی استفاده گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد با توجه به شباهت‌های قومی، زبانی، مذهبی و فرهنگی بین اقلیم کردستان عراق و استان‌های غرب کشور، هرگونه تغییر و تحول در این منطقه بازتاب‌هایی در حوزه امنیت مناطق مرزی غرب ایران دارد. نتایج نشان می دهد که تغییر در ژئوپلیتیک اقلیم کردستان عراق باعث تحت تاثیر قرار گرفتن امنیت مناطق مرزی غرب ایران در سه حوزه امنیت سیاسی، امنیت اقتصادی و امنیت فرهنگی شده است.

Consequences of the geopolitical change of Iraqi Kurdistan climate in the security of Iran's western borders

Establishing security and maintaining it in the border areas is one of the most important issues facing countries. Security challenges in border regions are of intraborder or crossborder origin and are shaped in military, cultural, economic, and political formats. Developments in neighboring countries can have security implications for their neighbors. Given the importance of security in border areas, the purpose of this study is to understand the consequences of geopolitical change in Iraqi Kurdistan climate and its impact on the security of Iran's western borders. The research method was descriptiveanalytical and library documents were used for data collection as well as analysis of reports submitted to national and international reputable news agencies and sites. The findings show that due to the ethnic, linguistic, religious and cultural similarities between the Iraqi Kurdistan region and the western provinces of the country, any changes in this region have a reflection on the security of the western border areas of Iran. The results show that the change in the geopolitics of Iraqi Kurdistan has affected security in the western border areas of Iran in three areas: political security, economic security and cultural security.
