افق ‌گشایی تمدنی و حل بحران واگرایی در جهان اسلام، با تاکید بر افغانستان

مساله واگرایی در برخی کشورهای اسلامی مانند افغانستان به یک بحران عمیق و به ظاهر غیر قابل حل تبدیل شده است. تا کنون راه‌حل‌های مختلفی برای حل این بحران مطرح و به کارگرفته شده، اما نتیجه درستی در پی نداشته است. به نظر می‌رسد عدم توجه به افق تمدنی جهان اسلام یکی از دلایل اصلی ناکارآمدی راه‌حل‌های موجود است. بنابراین سوال اصلی این است که داشتن افق تمدنی چه ظرفیتی برای حل بحران واگرایی افغانستان ایجاد می‌کند. معتقدیم منشا مهمترین بحران‌های جهان اسلام، بحران هویت تمدنی است. استیلای تمدن غربی، بیش از هر چیز افق تمدنی جهان اسلام را تیره و تار کرده است. و حال که در پی اموج بیداری اسلامی یک خیزش تمدنی در جهان اسلام شکل‌گرفته، کشورهای اسلامی دچار بحران، بایستی خود را در این افق تمدنی ببینند و با افق‌گشایی تمدنی به حل بحران‌ بپردازند. این تحقیق ابتدا با روش تاریخی تحلیلی به تبیین تجربه‌ حل بحران هویت تمدنی در جهان اسلام می‌پردازد و سپس با روش تطبیقی نتایج کاربست این تجربه را در افغانستان مورد سنجش قرار می‌دهد.

opening civilizational horizons and solving the crisis of divergence in the islamic world, with emphasis on afghanistan

the issue of divergence in some islamic countries like afghanistan has turned into a deep and apparently unsolvable crisis. so far, various solutions have been proposed and used to solve this crisis, but no good results have been obtained. it seems that not paying attention to the civilizational horizon of the islamic world is one of the main reasons for the ineffectiveness of the existing solutions. therefore, the main question is, what capacity does having a civilizational horizon create to solve the crisis of diversity in afghanistan? we believe that the origin of the most important crises in the islamic world is the crisis of civilizational identity. the conquest of the western civilization has darkened the civilizational horizon of the islamic world more than anything else. and now that a civilizational revival has taken place in the islamic world following the wave of islamic awakening, the islamic countries in crisis should see themselves in this civilizational horizon and solve the crisis by opening the civilizational horizon. this research first explains the experience of solving the civilizational identity crisis in the islamic world with a historical-analytical method and then evaluates the results of applying this experience in afghanistan with a comparative method.
