نگرشی نو بر طرح راه‌آهن برلین- خلیج فارس 1899م/1316ق ‌- 1914م/1332ق

در اواخر قرن نوزدهم و اوایل قرن بیستم در آلمان و عثمانی دو شخصیت قدرتمند و ناسیونالیست به قدرت رسیدند. ویلهلم دوم با شعار سیاست نوین در آلمان و سلطان عبدالحمید دوم با شعار اتحاد اسلامی در عثمانی به قدرت رسیدند. هر دو شخصیت خواهان پیشرفت اقتصادی، نظامی و صنعتی در امپراتوری-های خود بودند که این اشتراکات منجر به همکاری دو کشور در طرح راه‏آهن برلین خلیج فارس گردید. از سوی دیگر در این زمان خلیج فارس به یکباره عرصه کشمکش و رقابت‌های استعماری دولت‌های قدرتمند اروپایی از جمله آلمان قرار گرفت. مسئله اساسی این پژوهش بررسی و تبین دلایل ساخت راه‏آهن برلین - خلیج فارس توسط آلمان‌ها و دلایل ناکامی و شکست آن‏ها در این طرح می‌باشد. این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و مستند به تحلیل متن و با استفاده از منابع تاریخی انجام شده‏است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که آلمانی‌ها پس از عدم موفقیت در خلیج فارس از طریق راه دریایی به فکر نفوذ در خلیج فارس به وسیله راه زمینی و از طریق راه‏ آهن برآمدند، اما به دلیل نداشتن متحدان قدرتمند نتوانستند در این طرح موفق باشد.

at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, two powerful and nationalist figures came to power in germany and the ottoman empire. wilhelm ii came to power with the slogan of new politics in germany and sultan abdul hamid ii came to power with the slogan of islamic unity in ottoman empire. both personalities wanted economic, military and industrial progress in their empires, which led to the cooperation of the two countries in the berlin-persian gulf railway project. on the other hand, at this time, the persian gulf suddenly became the arena of conflict and colonial competition between powerful european governments, including germany. the basic issue of this research is to investigate and explain the reasons for the construction of the berlin-persian gulf railway by the germans and the reasons for their failure in this project. this article is done using the descriptive-analytical and documented method of text analysis and using historical sources. the findings of the research indicate that the germans, after not succeeding in the persian gulf by sea, thought of penetrating the persian gulf by land and by rail, but they did not succeed in this plan due to the lack of powerful allies
