تاملات نظری محمود طرزی در باره انحطاط و عقب ماندگی جامعه اسلامی با تاکید بر افغانستان

جهان اسلام به‌خصوص کشور افغانستان در قرون معاصر به دلیل توسعه طلبی استعمار، استبداد داخلی، تفرقه و عدم عمل به شریعت، دچار انحطاط و عقب ماندگی شدند در این بین جنبش‌ها و اندیشمندان  زیادی برای برون رفت از این وضعیت و پویایی جوامع اسلامی دست به اقداماتی زدند که از جمله این اندیشمندان «محمود طرزی» دانشمند افغانستانی بوده که پایه‌گذار یکی از مهم‌ترین جنبش‌های تجدید طلب در افغانستان و جهان اسلام در قرن بیستم بوده است. به تاَسی از مطلب مذکور پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی تاریخی به دنبال واکاوی اندیشه  سیاسی محمود طرزی در باب انحطاط، عقب ماندگی و بحران‌های جهان اسلام به‌خصوص افغانستان است! به‌عبارتی؛ طرزی بحران سامان سیاسی جوامع اسلامی (افغانستان) را چگونه دلیل یابی، و برای برون رفت آن، چه تجویز آرمانی ارایه می‌دهد؟فرضیة پژوهش براساس الگوی جستاری اسپریگنز چنین است: در اندیشه سیاسی  محمود طرزی بحران، انحطاط و عقب ماندگی است و دلیل بروز آن استعمار، استبداد داخلی و دوری از اسلام است و راه حل آن نیز، رجوع به  قرآن، اتحاد بر محور قرآن، بیداری فکری و توجه به علم و حب وطن است. برای بررسی فرضیه، زوایای پنهان اندیشه سیاسی طرزی، در قالب مشکل شناسی، دلیل شناسی، آرمان شناسی و راه حل شناسی با روش پژوهش تاریخی- توصیفی (تحلیل محتوا (و روش گردآوری اطلاعات کتاب‌خانه‌ی تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌است.

mahmoud tarzi’s theoretical reflections on the decline and backwardness of islamic society with emphasis on afghanistan

the islamic world, especially the country of afghanistan, suffered decline and backwardness due to colonialism, internal tyranny, division, and non-compliance with sharia. among these thinkers is &mahmoud tarzi&, an afghan scientist who was the founder of one of the most important reformist movements in afghanistan and the islamic world in the 20th century. based on the mentioned article, the present research with a historical approach seeks to analyze mahmoud tarzi’s political thought about the decline, backwardness and crises of the islamic world, especially afghanistan! in other words, how does tarzi explain the crisis in the political system of islamic societies (afghanistan), and what ideal proposal does he propose to overcome it? the hypothesis of the research based on spriggens research model is as follows: in mahmoud tarzi’s political thought, crisis is degeneration and backwardness, and the reason for its occurrence is colonialism, domestic tyranny and distance from islam, and the solution is also referring to the quran, unity based on the quran, intellectual awakening, paying attention to science and patriotism. in order to investigate the hypothesis, the hidden angles of tarzi’s political thought have been analyzed in the form of problemology, reasonology, idealism, and solutionology with the method of historical-descriptive research (content analysis). the method of collecting information is a library.
