تحلیل حقوقی مفهوم وطن ملی یهود در اعلامیه بالفور و نسبت آن با دولت ملی یهود

عبارت «وطن ملی یهود» قسمت مهمی از اعلامیه بالفور است که تا آن زمان در جوامع بین المللی ناشناخته بود و معنا و مفهوم مشخصی را به روشنی بیان نمی‌کرد و همواره این بند با تفاسیر متفاوت و مبهمی ذکرشده است. پس از صدور اعلامیه یادشده، اصطلاح «وطن ملی یهود» به بخش مهمی از اهداف و کانونی برای به مقصود رسیدن صهیونیست‌ها بدل گشت. مساله پژوهش بررسی و واکاوی دولت ملی یهود در اعلامیه بالفور و اشکالات حقوقی آن است. یافته‌ پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عبارت وطن ملی یهود که بیش از پیش ارزش و اعتبار اعلامیه را تحت‌شعاع خود قرار داد و کاستی و نقص حقوقی آن را روشن می‌سازد. اهمیت و ضرورت تحقیق در خصوص بعد حقوقی اعلامیه بالفور و تشکیل وطن ملی در اعلامیه یادشده از جمله مباحثی در تاریخ فلسطین است که نمی‌توان به آسانی از کنار آن‌ها گذشت و می‌بایست مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گیرند. نگارنده در تلاش است با روش کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی اسناد و به شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی ابعاد حقوقی اعلامیه بالفور و بالاخص مفهوم وطن ملی یهود را بدون نگرش سیاسی و جانبداری مورد بررسی قرار دهد.
