جایگاه اخلاق حرفه‌ای از دیدگاه محتسبان عصر عباسی(مطالعه موردی: صنف غذایی)

اخلاق حرفه‌ای با بیان وظایف و مسئولیت‌های اخلاقی صاحب هر حرفه‌ای، نقش راهبردی در موفقیت و کاهش موانع بازدارنده یک سازمان دارد. در حکومت‌های اسلامی، اهمیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای موجب ایجاد تشکیلات جدیدی گردیده بود. نهاد حسبه، یکی از برجسته‌ترین تشکیلات رسمی حکومت‌ها جهت نظارت بر اخلاق و رفتار صاحبان حرف بر اساس قوانین شرع و عرف بوده است. در عصر عباسی، این نهاد از ساختار منسجم‌تر و از وظایف گسترده‌تری برخوردار گردید. نظارت بر وظایف اخلاقی صاحبان حرف مرتبط با حوزه تغذیه، یکی از اساسی‌ترین مسئولیت‌های محتسبان، متولی این نهاد بوده است. صنف غذایی، از مبانی و مولفه های اخلاقی متعددی برخوردار بوده است که در خلال مهمترین حسبه‌نگاری‌های این عصر، قابل استخراج است. این پژوهش سعی دارد با استفاده از روش کمی به این سوال پاسخ دهد که بر اساس مهمترین حسبه‌نگاری های عصر عباسی، چه مولفه‌های اخلاقی در صنف غذایی مورد توجه بوده است؟ نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که امانتداری، مسئولیت‌پذیری و اخلاق نیکو مهمترین مولفه‌های اخلاقی مورد توجه صاحبان این صنف بوده است.

the place of professional ethics from the perspective of abbasid era muhtasibs (case study: food industry)

professional ethics, by stating the moral duties and responsibilities of every profession, has a strategic role in the success and reduction of the hindering obstacles of an organization. in islamic governments, the importance of professional ethics had led to the creation of new organizations. hasbeh institution has been one of the most prominent official organizations of governments to monitor the ethics and behavior of profession owners based on sharia and customary laws. in the abbasid era, this institution had a more coherent structure and broader tasks. monitoring the ethical duties of those who have professions related to the field of nutrition is one of the most basic responsibilities of the trustees of this institution. the food industry has had many foundations and ethical components that can be extracted during the most important hasbeh writings of this era. this research tries to answer the question using a quantitative method, based on the most important censuses of the abbasid era, what ethical components were considered in the food sector? the results of the research show that trustworthiness, responsibility and good morals are the most important ethical components of the owners of this trade.
