واکاوی مضامین پنهان در تاریخ نگاری ایران قرون میانه

مقالۀ حاضربه بررسی مضامین پنهان در کتاب های تاریخی دوران میانه ایران می پردازد و هدف از نگارش مقاله پاسخ به این سه پرسش است که مضامین پنهان چیست؟ چگونه می توان وجود آن ها را در متون تاریخی اثبات کرد؟ اشکال مختلف مضامین پنهان در کتاب های تاریخی ایران قرون میانه به چه شکل بوده است؟ منظور از مضامین پنهان پوشیده گویی و یا به تلویح سخن گفتن مورخان سنتی در متون تاریخی است. تحلیل محتوای متون تاریخی گویای آن است که مورخان سنتی گاهی از طریق مضامین پنهان پیام هایی را به خوانندگان انتقال می دادند. با وجود آن که توجه به مضامین پنهان می تواند درک ما را نسبت به محتوای متون تاریخی و کارکردهای تاریخ نگاری سنتی ایجاد کند، این مبحث تا کنون چندان مورد توجه پژوهشگران نبوده است. از این رو در مقاله حاضر، کتب تاریخی دوران سامانی تا حملۀ مغول انتخاب شده اند تا از طریق واکاوی مضامین پنهان موجود در این آثار نشان داده شود که مورخان چگونه ازاین طریق با مخاطبان خود ارتباط برقرار می کردند. یافته ها حکایت از آن دارد که مورخان از طریق مضامین پنهان، بسته به نیتشان پیام هایی را تلویحا به خوانندگان انتقال می داده اند. این پیام ها بیشتر ناظر به اموری مانند آموزش شیوه های صحیح ملکداری، تجزیه و تحلیل وقایع و نسب سازی می باشد.

analysis of hidden themes in the historiography of medieval iran

the present article examines the hidden themes in the historiography of medieval iran. the purpose of writing this article is to answer these three questions: what are the hidden themes? how can the existence of hidden themes in traditional iranian historiography be proven? what are the different examples of hidden themes in the historical books of medieval iran? the hidden themes are hidden and implied by traditional historians in historical texts. analysis of the content of historical texts shows that traditional historians sometimes conveyed messages to readers through hidden themes. although attention to hidden themes can provide a better understanding of the content of historical texts and the functions of traditional historiography, this topic has not been much considered by researchers. therefore, in the present article, the historical books of the samanid period up to the mongol invasion have been selected to show how historians communicated with their audiences through hidden themes in these works. the findings suggest that historians have implicitly conveyed messages to readers through hidden themes, depending on their intentions. these messages are mostly about teaching things like proper governance practices,, event analysis, and genealogy
