جماعت طِواشی: نقش و جایگاه آنان در نظام تعلیم و تربیت مملوکان، در عصر ممالیک

طواشی به غلامان خواجه ای می گفتند که از خدمات آنها در حرمسرا ها یا امور لشکری و کشوری استفاده می شده است. در عصر ممالیک مصر در کنار واردات بسیار مملوکان، تعداد کثیری از بردگان خواجه به مصر وارد شد. جماعت طواشی در کنار خدمات مرسوم قبلی مسئول تعلیم و تربیت مملوکان نیز بودند. تعلیم و تربیت در همه مراحل طباق ها بر عهده طواشی بود. مملوکان در دو مرحلة رسم الکتابه تعلیم خواندن و نوشتن و برخی علوم دینی، و مرحله فنون جنگی تعلیم تیراندازی، کار با نیزه، شمشیر و سوارکاری را از معلمان و استادان طواشی می آموختند و نهایتاً به عنوان یک جنگجوی سواره نظام مسلمان در اختیار دولت ممالیک قرار می گرفتند.این مقاله با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و به شیوه کتابخانه ای سعی دارد تا به این پرسش که نقش و جایگاه جماعت طواشی در نظام تعلیم و تربیت ممالیک چه بوده است؟ پاسخ دهد. در نتیجه مشخص گردید که جماعت طِواشی به عنوان معلمین و اساتید طباق ها، نقش اصلی و مهمی در تعلیم و تربیت مملوکان مصر داشته اند، در عصر ممالیک طواشی از احترام و نفوذ کلام زیادی برخوردار بودند و روسای آنان از برجستگان و اعیان به شمار می رفتند.

In the era of the Mamalik Egypt, along with the importation of many Mamluks, a large number of Khajeh slaves entered Egypt. In addition to the usual services, the Tawashi community was also responsible for the education of the Mamluks, and the education of the Mamluks was in charge of Tawashi at all stages of the Tabaqs or military schools.The Mamluks in the Rasm alKetabeh, which were mainly reading and writing, and some religious sciences, learned the techniques of shooting, spearheading, swordsmanship, and equestrian training from teachers and Tawashi professors, and eventually as a Muslim cavalry warrior they were under the control of the Mamluk government.This descriptiveanalytical and librarybased article tries to answer the question of what has been the role and position of the Tawashi community in the education system of the countries? Answer As a result, it was found that the Tawashi community, as teachers and professors, played a key role in the education of the Mamluks of Egypt, the Tawashi had great respect and influence, and their leaders were prominent and noble.
