تکاپوهای سیاسی و تجاری کمپانی هند شرقی انگلیس برای اثرگذاری در ایران و آرایش قدرت در کرانه های ایرانی خلیج فارس در دوره زندیه

اوضاع داخلی ایران پس از قتل نادرشاه به گونه ای پیش رفت که کمپانی های اروپایی می توانستند در تحولات سیاسی و اقتصادی ایران موثر باشند. اما شرایطی پیش آمد که تنها کمپانی هندشرقی انگلیس به عنوان موثرترین نیروی اروپایی در خلیج فارس باقی ماند. زیرا هلندیان توسط میرمهنا از جزیره خارک اخراج و دیگر حضوری موثر در منطقه نداشتند و فرانسویان نیز در برقراری رابطه با دولت کریمخان، ناموفق بودند. برخوردهای میان مدعیان قدرت در ایران، بروز شورش های متعدد خوانین داخلی و روسای قبایل کرانه های خلیج فارس، عدم حضور موثر دولت زند در خلیج فارس به علت نداشتن نیروی دریایی، ضعف اقتصاد و بازرگانی ایران به لحاظ تولید داخلی، کمبود پشتوانه مالی در تجارت خارجی و کمبود وسایل حمل و نقل دریایی از عوامل زمینه ساز برای حضور فعال وانحصارگرایانه انگلیسی ها در صحنه سیاسی و تجاری خلیج فارس در آن دوره‌ بودند. یافته های پژوهش نیز بیانگر آن است که شرکت انگلیسی در راستای محدود کردن نقش ایران و افزایش میزان نفوذ و قدرت خود در خلیج فارس تلاش می نمود.

The political and commercial efforts of the British East India company for influence in Iran and power’s makeup on the Iranian coasts in Persian Gulf during the Zand period

After Nader Shah’s murder, Iran’s internal conditions moved ahead in a way that European companies could influence on Iran’s political and economical transformation. But some events happened that just British East India Company stayed in Persian Gulf as the most effective foreign force. Since the Dutch were deported from Kkark Island by Mir Mohna and there after they had no active presence in Persian Gulf and the Frenchs failed to make relations with Karimkhan’s government. The confliction among power pretenders, the outbreak of numerous riots of domestic “Khans” and the tribe chiefs of the Persian Gulf’s coast, the lack of the Zand government presence in Persian Gulf due to inefficiency of the marine force, the weakness Iran’s economy and trade regarding domestic production, the deficiency of financial support in internal trade and the shortage of the marine transportation were the causing factors for the active and monopolistic presence of the English in the traditional and political scene of the Persian Gulf in Zand’s dynasty government. Findings of the research indicate that English company to limit Iran’s role and Increasing its influence and power in the Persian Gulf.
