Sexuality is an important indicator of the quality of life for all individuals and it is also equally valuable for patients with cancer. so that, women's sex life may be affected negatively by gynecological cancer diagnosis and personal meaning of this diagnosis, the physical effects seen in women, the near and long-term side effects of various treatment modalities. women experienced gynecological cancer, have multi-dimensional anxiety/ concerns, affecting their quality of life, inthe process of diagnosis and treatment. health care professionals provide holistic assessment to women and some interventions to resolve their sexual cancers. they encourages women to express their sexual problems and deal with their sexual concerns. evaluating of sexual life with guiding of some models like plissit, alarm, and better, makes individualized assessment. so that, they provide consulting and education in accordance with the requirements of the patients. these provided education and psychosocial care allow gynecological cancer patients to manage their sexual anxiety effectively and improve quality of life.
