THE CULTURE IN THE NURSING EDUCATION AND IN THE NURSING PRACTICES

Health-related beliefs and practices, of the people are the part lived in the culture of the society. nurses must be familiar with the cultural characteristics of the society, so it is important for initialize the desired level of the health care to the individuals, acceptance of services offered by the persons, participation of the individuals to the services and educating the people about the subject. current and future nursing practice of nurses, can be changed by nurses care and their approach to the transcultural nursing care, with the implementation of the intercultural education programs in nursing. the purpose of this review article was to discuss the importance and the impact of the culture in nursing education and practice.
