چکیده    Mustafa pasha, a member of famous sokollu family, was the cousin of mehmet pasha. he was appointed to governor of budin province in place of arslan pasha, killed during the szigetvár battle; and as his successor, he was not able to get rid of from killing. mustafa pasha pursued his duty as the governor of budin province for twelve years, and during this period, he had many foundation works constructed in ottoman hungary. his waqfiyya/foundation deed dated 986 / 1579 and kept in topkapı palace, is highly an important archival document in order to be able to learn the waqf and charity of the founder. according to this foundation deed and as a result of literature survey and in situobservations through whole hungry, it is detected that there were 13 mosques/masjids, 19 hammams/thermal baths, 17 caravanserais/khans, 2 madrasahs, 2 tanneries, 35 mills, 1 bridge, over 123 stores, over 31 houses; a jewish house, a teacher’s house, a barn, a place for haystack, and a cellar constructed by mustafa pasha. he also donated 13 parcels of land, hayfield, vineyard, fishery, and a village
