the role of fdi attraction determinants with an approach to technology transfer in iran

The urgent need to provide capital from developing countries and improve the level of technology has made it necessary to attract foreign investment. fdi can respond to this need as an inflow of capital, technology, and technical know-how. the present study investigated the role of fdi attraction determinants through a technology transfer approach comprehensively and coherently. this research was conducted using a quantitative paradigm and a crosssectional survey among experts. the statistical population consisted of iranian experts, practitioners, and executives in investment and economics. the convenience sampling method was used to study 310 members of the statistical population. a researcher-made questionnaire was also used for data collection. the validity was determined using experts' views, and its reliability was determined using cronbach's alpha within a pre-test (n=20). data were analyzed through the partial least square structural equation modeling (pls-sem) method in smartpls 3 software. the hierarchical component analysis (using two orders of constructs) was used to reduce the complexity of the structural model. the results showed that international relations and agreements as a primary variable correlated with fdi attraction, and bureaucracy and domestic laws significantly affected fdi attraction. in addition, the results indicate that sanctions, economic stability and security, and workforce are among the economic components that play a less significant role in fdi attraction.

نقش عوامل موثر برجذب سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی با رویکرد انتقال تکنولوژی در ایران

نیاز مبرم به تأمین سرمایه از سوی کشورهای درحال‌توسعه و همچنین ارتقای سطح فناوری، جذب سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی را امری ضروری ساخته است. سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی به عنوان یک جریان سرمایه، فناوری و دانش می‌تواند پاسخگوی این نیاز باشد پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش عوامل مرتبط با جذب سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی با رویکرد انتقال تکنولوژی  به صورت جامع  ویکپارچه انجام شده است. این پژوهش بر مبنای پارادایم کمّی و طی یک پیمایش مقطعی در بین کارشناسان صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش متشکل از کارشناسان، صاحب‌نظران و مدیران اجرایی در زمینه سرمایه‌گذاری و امور اقتصادی  در ایران بود. 310 تن از اعضای جامعه آماری به روش در دسترس، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته­ای استفاده شد که روایی آن با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ در قالب smartpls 3پیش‌آزمون (20 نفر) تعیین شده بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی در محیط نرم‌افزار تحلیل شدند. برای کاستن از پیچیدگی مدل ساختاری از تکنیک تحلیل مولفه سلسله‌مراتبی (استفاده از دو سطح سازه) استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که روابط و توافقات خارجی به عنوان مهم‌ترین متغیر با جذب سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی در ارتباط بوده و بوروکراسی و قوانین داخلی اثر معنی­داری بر جذب سرمایه­گذاری خارجی دارد. همچنین عواملی نظیر تحریم­ها، ثبات و امنیت اقتصادی و نیروی کار از جمله مؤلفه­های اقتصادی هستند که نقش کمتری در جذب سرمایه­گذاری خارجی دارند.
