using satisficing game theory for performance evaluation of banks’ branches (case study in the mellat bank)

Due to its role in the identification of inefficient branches and deciding the consistency of their activities, evaluating the performance of a bank's branches is one of the most important decisions in the field of development and regulation of branch network. in this paper, the satisfactory functions based on game theory strategies have been utilized in order to evaluate the individual and within-group performance of the bank's branches. the proposed approach is based on a cooperative game theory, and the number of players is equal to the number of units which must be evaluated. the satisficing equilibrium set includes the options which are qualified as “good enough” or the efficient units which are both individually and within-group efficient. by applying our analytical method to the bank mellat case study, we have presented solutions to improve the efficiency of inefficient branches and the branches which are only individually or within-group efficient using sensitivity analysis techniques. lastly, if efficiency improvement is not possible, we have suggested omitting the branch.

استفاده از تئوری بازی رضایت بخش برای ارزیابی عملکرد شعب بانک ها (مطالعه موردی در بانک ملت)

مسأله ارزیابی عملکرد شعب بانک ها به دلیل نقش آن در شناسایی شعب ناکارآمد و تصمیم گیری درباره تداوم فعالیت آن ها، یکی از مهم ترین تصمیم ها در بحث توسعه و تنظیم شبکه شعب است. در این مقاله از توابع رضایت بخش بر اساس استراتژی های تئوری بازی، جهت ارزیابی عملکرد شعب به صورت انفرادی و گروهی (در مقایسه با سایر شعب) استفاده شده است.در رویکرد پیشنهادی از مفهوم تئوری بازی با همکاری به تعداد واحدهای مورد ارزیابی، بازیکن وجود دارد. تابع مطلوبیت هر بازیکن شامل دو تابع رضایت بخش است که این توابع عبارتند از تابع قابلیت انتخاب (با توجه به خروجی های شعبه) و تابع قابلیت رد (با توجه به ورودی های شعبه) تعریف می شود. بر اساس این توابع رضایت بخش دو مجموعه رضایت بخش فردی و گروهی تعیین می شود. مجموعه تعادل رضایت بخش شامل گزینه های به اندازه کافی خوب یا همان واحدهای کارا که هم از نظر فردی و هم از نظر گروهی کارا باشند؛ است.در این کار برای مطالعه موردی بانک ملت، با استفاده از آنالیز حساسیت شعبِ ناکارا و همچنین شعبی که تنها از نظر فردی و گروهی کارا هستند، راهکارهایی جهت بهبود وضعیت این شعب ارائه شده است. در نهایت در صورتی که راهکار منطقی برای بهبود این شعب وجود نداشته است، حذف شعب پیشنهاد شده است. جامعه نمونه انتخابی جهت بررسی اجرای روش پیشنهادی در ارزیابی عملکرد، 26 شعبه بانک ملت در استان البرز است.
