بررسی تاثیر جهانی شدن و رشد اقتصادی بر فقر در ایران

جهانی شدن امر مهمی در جهان امروز محسوب می شود. عده ای از اقتصاددانان بر این عقیده اند که جهانی شدن منجر به اقتصادی باثبات برای کشورهای فقیر و در حال توسعه و درنهایت ارتقای رفاه اقتصادی و رشد آن ها خواهد شد. در مقابل عده ای مخالف این امر هستند. یکی از مواردی که برای کشورهای در حال توسعه اهمیت دارد تاثیر جهانی شدن بر معضلات مهم اقتصادی کشورها به خصوص فقر و توزیع درآمد است. مقاله حاضر به بررسی رابطه جهانی شدن و رشد اقتصادی با فقر در ایران طی دوره زمانی 1395-1361 پرداخته است. برای این منظور از شاخص جامع جهانی شدن kof و تکنیک های اقتصادسنجی شامل روش یوهانسن جوسیلیوس و مدل تصحیح خطا، استفاده شده است. شاخص kof سه جنبه مهم اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی را در بر می گیرد. نتایج حاصل از برآورد الگو نشان می دهد جهانی شدن و رشد اقتصادی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر فقر دارند و با افزایش این دو ضریب از طریق افزایش صادرات که منجر به رشد اقتصادی و جذب سرمایه گذاری که ناشی از جهانی شدن است باعث کاهش فقر و نابرابری در کشور می شوند. همچنین ضریب تصحیح خطا سرعت بالای تعدیل عدم تعادل در کوتاه مدت و تمایل به تعادل در بلندمدت را نشان می دهد.

The Effect of Globalization and Economic Growth on Poverty in Iran

Globalization is considered as an important topic nowadays. Some economists believe that globalization will lead to create a stable economy for poor and developing countries and ultimately to promote economic welfare and their growth. In contrast, some economists oppose this idea. The impact of globalization on the major economic problems of these countries, especially poverty and income distribution is considered as one of the most important issues for developing countries.Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between globalization and economic growth with poverty in Iran during the period of 19822016. For this purpose, this relationship has been tested using the comprehensive KOF Globalization Index and econometric techniques including the JohanssonJuselius method and the error correction model. The KOF Index covers three important economic, social and political aspects. The results of the model's estimation show that globalization and economic growth have a positive and significant effect on poverty, and with increase in these two coefficients through increasing the exports, which leads to economic growth and investment attraction that results from globalization, will reduce poverty and inequality in the country. The error correction coefficient indicates the high speed of the imbalance adjustment in the short term and the desire for longterm equilibrium.
