واکاوی تهدیدات و فرصتهای رمزارزها بر امنیت اقتصادی به عنوان مولفه امنیت ملی

رمزارز پدیدهٔ جدید دنیای فنّاوری در سال‌های اخیر است که نظام مالی جهان را در آستانهٔ تغییرات بزرگ قرار داده است. ارزش پول‌های سنتی یا فیات به اعتبار بانک مرکزی و توان اقتصادی کشور منتشرکننده بستگی دارد. گسترش رمزارزها وابستگی مردم به دولت و بانک مرکزی را از بین می‌برد. در واقع، آن‌ها توانایی و قدرت مردم را نیز در برابر ساختارهای سنتی حکمرانی افزایش می‌دهند. آنچه امروزه دولت‌ها و حاکمیت‌ها با این پدیدهٔ جدید درگیرند، مسئلهٔ حکمرانی در حوزهٔ اقتصاد و کنترل حاکمیت اقتصادی بر کشورها و بحث اینترناسیونالیسمی است. در این پژوهش، نقش این پدیده، که به‌عنوان بخشی از انقلاب صنعتی چهارم از آن یاد می‌شود، در امنیت اقتصادی کشورها و دولت‌ها به‌صورت کلان و تأثیر آن بر نوع حکمرانی بررسی شده است؛‌ همچنین، از روش نظریه داده بنیاد (gt) به‌دلیل نبودِ هیچ نظریه‌ای در این زمینه استفاده شده و مصاحبه‌هایی با متخصصان حوزهٔ رمزارز که تسلط کافی بر مسائل اقتصادی داشته‌اند انجام شده است و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda تجزیه و تحلیل و مقوله‌بندی شده‌اند و در نهایت با استفاده از میزان کمّی مقوله‌ها و استخراج آماری در این خصوص، نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که فرصت‌های رمزارزها در امنیت اقتصادی با 216 مقوله (50.12 درصد) و تهدیدات رمزارزها در امنیت اقتصادی 168 مقوله (38.98 درصد) نقش دارند. پیشرفت فنّاوری خواسته یا ناخواسته کشورها را با این پدیده درگیر خواهد کرد. بنابراین، هر حکومتی که زودتر خود را برای مواجهه با تبعات گسترش رمزارزها آماده کند، بهتر می‌تواند از فرصت‌هایش استفاده و در برابر تهدیدهایش مصونیت‌بخشی کند.

analysis of threats and opportunities of cryptocurrencies on economic security as a component of national security

cryptocurencies are new phenomenon in the world of technology in recent years that has put the world financial system on the brink of major changes. the spread of cryptocurrencies erodes people’s dependence on the government and the central bank. in fact, they also increase the ability and power of the people over traditional governing structures. what governments and governments are dealing with today with this new phenomenon is the issue of economic governance and the control of economic sovereignty over countries and the discussion of internationalism. in this study, the role of this phenomenon, which is mentioned as part of the fourth industrial revolution, on the economic security of countries and governments in general and its impact on the type of governance has been studied. in this study, grounded theory (gt) method was used due to the lack of any theory in this regard and interviews were conducted with experts in the field of cryptography who had sufficient control over economic issues and data were analyzed using maxqda software. and finally categorized using a small amount of categories and statistical extraction in this regard, the results show that the opportunities of cryptocurrencies in economic security with 216 categories (50.12%) and cryptocurrency threats in economic security 168 categories (38.98%) involved.
