تبیین عوامل و راهکارهای تحقق‌پذیری هوشمندسازی در راستای ارتقای امنیت شهری مطالعه موردی: شهر زاهدان

زمینه و هدف: امنیت پایدار از ارکان اصلی توسعه شهری محسوب می‌شود. هوشمندسازی با بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین، امکان مدیریت پیشرفته تهدیدات امنیتی را فراهم می‌کند. این رویکرد نه‌تنها موجب کاهش جرائم می‌شود، بلکه با مکانیزم‌های پیشگیرانه، هزینه‌های امنیتی را نیز کاهش می‌دهد. بررسی این موضوع می‌تواند الگویی کاربردی برای شهرهای با چالش‌های امنیتی مشابه ارائه دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین عوامل و راهکارهای تحقق‌پذیری هوشمندسازی در راستای ارتقای امنیت شهر زاهدان، به انجام رسیده است.روش‌ پژوهش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ رویکرد کیفی و از نظر روش اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل افراد متخصص (اساتید متخصص، کارشناسان (شهری و حوزه امنیت) هستند که بر اساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 25 نفر به‌عنوان جامعه نمونه تعیین شدند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات، از روش تئوری زمینه‌ای استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده؛ مقولات: فنی و تکنولوژیکی و اقتصادی و مالی در دسته عوامل علی، مقولات: مدیریتی-سازمانی و سیاسی در دسته عوامل مداخله‌گر و مقولات: انسانی-اجتماعی و محیطی-کالبدی در دسته عوامل زمینه‌ای هوشمندسازی در شهر زاهدان شناسایی شدند در ادامه نیز راهکارهای فناوری محور، مدیریتی، اجتماعی و کاربردی در تحقق‌پذیری هوشمندسازی شهر زاهدان نیز استخراج شدند که با تحقق این راهکارها، امنیت فضای شهری زاهدان از نظر اجتماعی-رفتاری و نظارتی-دسترسی فراهم می‌شود.نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که موفقیت هوشمندسازی در راستای ارتقای امنیت شهر زاهدان نیازمند نگرشی یکپارچه است که هم‌زمان ابعاد فنی، اقتصادی، مدیریتی و اجتماعی را پوشش دهد. همچنین، توجه به بسترهای سیاسی و محیطی شهر می‌تواند از موانع احتمالی کاسته و اثربخشی پروژه‌های هوشمندسازی را افزایش دهد

explaining the factors and solutions for the feasibility of smartification in line with enhancing urban security (case study: zahedan city)

background and purpose: sustainable security is one of the main pillars of urban development. smartification, by utilizing modern technologies, enables advanced management of security threats. this approach not only reduces crime but also decreases security costs through preventive mechanisms. investigating this issue can provide a practical model for cities with similar security challenges. the present study aims to explain the factors and solutions for the feasibility of smartification in enhancing the security of zahedan city.method: the present study is of an applied type and is qualitative in terms of approach and exploratory in terms of method. the statistical population of the research includes specialists (specialist professors, experts (urban and security field) who were determined as a sample population based on purposeful sampling of 25 people. in order to analyze the information, the grounded theory method was used.findings: based on the results, the following categories were identified: causal factors: technological and technical, economic and financial, intervening factors: managerial-organizational and political contextual factors: human-social and environmental-structural. additionally, technology-driven, managerial, social, and practical solutions were extracted for the realization of smartification in zahedan city. implementing these solutions will enhance urban security in zahedan from socio-behavioral and surveillance-access perspectives.conclusion: overall, this study demonstrates that the success of smartification in improving zahedan’s urban security requires an integrated approach that simultaneously covers technical, economic, managerial, and social dimensions. furthermore, considering the city’s political and environmental contexts can reduce potential obstacles and increase the effectiveness of smartification projects.
