تحلیل ارتباط توزیع فضایی جرایم با مراکز گردشگری و مراکز انتظامی (مورد پژوهی: نوار ساحلی استان مازندران)

زمینه و هدف: شیوع جرائم ازجمله مسائل و مشکلات در توسعه گردش‌گری ساحلی است و تحلیل فضایی جرائم به شناسایی الگوی توزیع جرائم، کشف کانون‌های جرم‌خیز و در نتیجه کاهش میزان جرائم در نوار ساحلی کمک می‌کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل الگوی توزیع فضایی جرائم و شناسایی کانون‌های جرم‌خیز و بررسی ارتباط فضایی آن با مراکز گردش‌گری و مراکز انتظامی به‌منظور تسهیل و بهینه‌سازی مدیریت انتظامی و کاهش جرائم در سواحل استان مازندران است.روش: در ابتدا با استفاده از روش‌های آمار فضایی و تراکم کرنل الگوی توزیع فضایی جرائم، مراکز گردش‌گری و مراکز انتظامی در نرم‌افزار سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفته است. سپس با روش رگرسیون ارتباط فضایی بین میزان جرائم با مراکز گردش‌گری و مراکز انتظامی در نرم‌افزار ادریسی ترست بررسی شده است.یافته‌ها: مطابق نتایج، جرائم، مراکز گردش‌گری و مراکز انتظامی با الگوی خوشه‌ای در سواحل استان مازندران توزیع شده‌اند و دارای توزیع شرقی – غربی هستند. هم‌چنین کانون‌های اصلی جرائم در شهرهای بابلسر، فریدونکنار، محمودآباد، نور- علمده، نوشهر- چالوس، تنکابن- خرم‌آباد و رامسر؛ کانون‌های اصلی مراکز گردش‌گری در شهرهای بابلسر، نوشهر- چالوس و کتالم- سادات‌شهر-رامسر و کانون اصلی مراکز انتظامی در شهرهای نوشهر- چالوس واقع شده است. هم‌بستگی بین توزیع فضایی جرائم و مراکز گردش‌گری 0.87 است که نشان می‌دهد مراکز گردش‌گری نقش ویژه‌ای در ایجاد جرائم در سواحل استان مازندران دارند. هم‌چنین هم‌بستگی بین توزیع فضایی جرائم و مراکز انتظامی نیز 0.8 است که نشان می‌دهد مکان استقرار مراکز انتظامی تا حد زیادی با توزیع فضایی جرائم و کانون‌های جرم‌خیز انطباق دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: ایجاد پلیس گردش‌گری در سواحل به‌عنوان یک اقدام موثر در کاهش میزان جرائم و تقویت امنیت گردش‌گران در مناطق ساحلی به‌عنوان پیشنهاد اصلی پژوهش حاضر ارائه می‌شود.

analysis of the relationship of the spatial distribution of crimes with tourism centers and police centers (case study: the coastal strip of mazandaran province)

background and objective: the aim of the current research is to analyze the spatial distribution pattern of crimes and identify crime hotspots and investigate its spatial relationship with tourist centers and police centers in order to facilitate and optimize police management and reduce crimes on the coasts of mazandaran province.method: first, using the methods of spatial statistics and kernel density, the spatial distribution pattern of crimes, tourist centers, and police centers has been analyzed in arcgis software. then, with the regression method, the spatial relationship between the amount of crimes with tourist centers and police centers has been checked in idrisi terrset software.findings: according to the results, crimes, tourism centers, and police centers are distributed in a cluster pattern on the coasts of mazandaran province and have an east-west distribution. also, the main centers of crimes are located in the cities of babolsar, faridunkenar, mahmudabad, noor-alamdeh, nowshahr-chalus, tonekabon-khorramabad and ramsar; the main centers of tourism centers are located in the cities of babolsar, nowshahr-chalos and katalem-sadat shahr-ramsar, and the main centers of police centers are located in the cities of nowshahr-chalos. the correlation between the spatial distribution of crimes and tourism centers is 0.87. also, the correlation between the spatial distribution of crimes and police centers is 0.8.conclusion: the creation of tourist police on the coasts as an effective measure in reducing the amount of crimes and strengthening the security of tourists in the coastal areas is presented as the main proposal of the current research.
