شناخت تغییر الگوهای فضایی سرقت از خانه‌های دوم شهرستان نوشهر در فصول سال

زمینه و هدف: وقوع انواع بزه سرقت خانه‌های دوم در شهر نوشهر به‌مراتب بالاتر از سایر شهرستان‌های استان مازندران است؛ بنابراین هدف این پژوهش بررسی تغییر الگوهای فضایی سرقت از خانه‌های دوم شهرستان نوشهر در فصول سال است. روش: جامعه آماری و حجم‌نمونه از جرائم سرقت ثبت‌شده در شهر ساحلی نوشهر در بازه زمانی (5) ساله است. گردآوری و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از روش میدانی از طریق آمار و اطلاعات کسب‌شده از مرکز آمار و بهره‌دهی مرفوک معاونت عملیات استان است. مدل‌های آماری و گرافیک در «جی آی اس» برای شناسایی و درک الگوی مکانی و فضایی سرقت و برای نشان‌دادن توزیع و پراکندگی جرائم در سطح شهر از مدل‌های آماری همچون شاخص نزدیک‌ترین همسایه، شاخص «تراکم کرنل» و «تحلیل موران»، آزمون «مرکز متوسط» و «بیضی انحراف‌معیار» در محیط نرم‌افزار «آرک مپ» استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که توزیع فصلی سرقت از خانه‌های دوم در شهر نوشهر در طی سال‌های (1393 تا 1398)، تعداد (108) سرقت در فصل تابستان، تعداد (84) سرقت در فصل پاییز، تعداد (79) سرقت در فصل زمستان و تعداد (58) سرقت در فصل بهار صورت گرفته است. بر این اساس بیشترین سرقت در فصل تابستان رخ داده است، به‌نحوی‌که بیضی انحراف‌معیار در شهر نوشهر در جهت شمال‌غربی به جنوب‌شرقی با کشیدگی متوسط قرار گرفته است؛ اما در فصول مختلف دارای اختلافاتی است. نتیجه‌گیری: الگوی توزیع و پراکندگی جرائم نیز از زمان، مکان و فصول سال تبعیت می‌کند؛ به این معنی که با روند تغییر ساعت در طول شبانه‌روز تعداد سرقت نیز تغییر یافته است.

to identify the change in the spatial patterns of thefts from second homes in nowshahr city during the seasons

background and purpose: today’s cities are facing all kinds of urban problems and damages in parallel with the increase and expansion of the population and physical spaces. the city of chalus is not an exception to this rule, somehow the occurrence of all kinds of thefts of second homes in this city is much higher than other cities.method: the current research is applied in terms of type and purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature. the information required for the research has been prepared by documentary method. for this purpose, the crimes of second house theft registered as a statistical population have been studied. using statistical tests in the arcgis environment, the centers of thefts in chalus city have been identified and spatially analyzed.findings: the findings show that the seasonal distribution of thefts from second homes in chalus city was in the summer season, 84 thefts in the fall season, 79 thefts in the winter season, and 58 thefts in the spring season. based on this, the most theft occurred in the summer season, so that the oval of standard deviation in the city of chalus is located in the direction of northwest to southeast with an average elongation, but it has differences in different seasons.conclusion: the pattern of distribution and dispersion of crimes also depends on the time, place and seasons of the year, which means that the number of thefts has also changed with the change of hours during the day and night.
