تبیین و تحلیل امنیت شهری در چارچوب زیرساختها و امکانات هوشمند (مورد مطالعه: شهر سمنان)

اولویت هر شهری اطمینان از امنیت شهروندان ساکن درآن شهر است. یکی ازدلایل توسعه و پیشرفت سریع شهرهای هوشمند، امکان نظارت برشهروندان و تامین امنیت آنها است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر درصدد تبیین و تحلیل امنیت شهری سمنان در چارچوب زیرساخت‌ها و امکانات هوشمند است.این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت و روش، آمیخته (ترکیبی) است. داده های مورد نیاز پژوهش به روش اسنادی-میدانی (پرسشنامه و مشاهده) گردآوری شده و برای تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار «اس پی اس اس» و مدل «ای اچ پی فازی» استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد، بین امکانات و زیرساخت های هوشمند و ارتقاء امنیت شهرسمنان، در سطح اطمینان بالای (0/99) رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، نتایج آزمون تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که هر 14 گویه بررسی شده، در سطح (p=0/000) (درصد اطمینان) رابطه مستقیمی با ارتقاء امنیت شهر سمنان دارند. در ادامه، نتایج حاصل از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه نشان داد که با توجه به اینکه سطح معناداری از (0/05) بیشتر است، با اطمینان (0/95) میتوان گفت که در میان مناطق شهرسمنان به لحاظ تاثیر امکانات و زیرساخت های هوشمند شهری و ارتقاء امنیت سمنان تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. در نهایت، نتایج مدل «ای اچ پی فازی» برای رتبه بندی هر یک از ابعاد امنیت در شهرسمنان در چارچوب امکانات و زیرساخت های هوشمند نشان داد، امنیت اقتصادی با وزن نرمال شده (0/432) بالاترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص داده است.

explanation and analysis of urban security in the framework of smart infrastructure and facilities (case study: semnan city)

introduction: today, with the expansion of urbanization, employment-based approaches and smart technologies, in order to maintain the necessary security, it seems. in this regard, the present study to explanation and analysis of urban security in the framework of smart infrastructure and facilities (case study: semnan city).method: this research is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of nature and method of research. the data required for the research were collected by documentary-field method (questionnaire and observation). spss software and fuzzy ahp model were used to analyze the data.results: the results of one-sample t-test according to the obtained average showed that the city of semnan has high security in all indicators. the results of spearman correlation test for the relationship between improving the security of semnan city and intelligent urban facilities and infrastructure, show a significant and positive relationship between improving the security of semnan city and smart urban facilities and infrastructure. finally, the results of the fuzzy ahp model for ranking each of the security indicators in the city of semnan with emphasis on the role of smart facilities and infrastructure conclusion: the results showed that there is no significant difference between the areas of semnan city in terms of the impact of smart facilities and urban infrastructure on improving security and the environmental design index in the framework of smart facilities and infrastructure in promoting urban security in semnan is more important than other indicators.keywords: urban security, facilities and infrastructure, intelligence, semnan city
