ارائه الگوی بهینه مدیریت ژئوتوریسم در نواحی کارستیک با رویکرد امنیتی (مورد مطالعه: غار نمکدان در ژئوپارک قشم)

مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی ژئوتوریسم با رویکرد امنیتی از عوامل اصلی حفاظت و پایداری ژئومورفوسایت‌های گردشگرپذیر محسوب می‌شود. در حال حاضر پژوهش های صورت گرفته در این حوزه صرفاً به معرفی جاذبه‌ها و در نهایت ارزیابی ژئومورفوسایت‌ها پرداخته است و از توجه به ارزش‌های مدیریتی، امنیتی و بهره‌برداری اقتصادی از آن‌ها تا حدودی غافل مانده است. به همین دلیل پژوهش حاضر کوشش دارد، موضوع مدیریت در ژئوتوریسم را با رویکردهای نظم و امنیت در ژئومورفوسایت‌های واقع در قلمرو کارستیک (غار نمکدان در ژئوپارک قشم) را بررسی کرده و الگوی مدیریتی بهینه‌ای را تدوین و پیشنهاد دهد. از نظر روش‌شناسی، در این پژوهش تلفیقی از روش‌های بومی‌شده ارزیابی، مطالعات میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای استفاده شده است. امنیت گردشگران و مقاصد ژئوتوریسم از عوامل مهم موفقیت و رشد پایدار طرح‌های گردشگری است؛ به‌طوری‌که در صورت فقدان امنیت، توسعه اقتصادی و فرهنگی ناشی از مدیریت بهینه ژئوتوریسم در محوطه موردپژوهش، محقق نخواهد شد. بر این اساس، یافته‌های پژوهش، مبتنی بر تدوین و اجرای الگوی مدیریتی در ژئوتوریسم (موردمطالعه: غار نمکدان ژئوپارک قشم) است که مولفه‌های مدیریتی را همگام با سایر معیارهای موثر در توسعه ژئوتوریسم مطالعه کرده است.نتایج پژوهش نشان‌داد، در الگوی مدیریت بهینه امنیتی ژئومورفوسایت غار نمکدان، پیش از تنظیم مولفه‌های مدیریتی جغرافیای طبیعی و انسانی محوطه، لازم است ابتدا مولفه‌های مدیریت نظم و امنیت در این منطقه شامل اقدامات حوزه امنیت بهره‌برداری، امنیت انسانی، تبلیغات مجازی و ... پیاده‌سازی شود، همچنین وظایف اصلی و خطوط کلی اقدامات اساسی مجری اصلی این رویه (فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در شهرستان قشم) مشخص شود.

Presenting an optimal model of geotourism management with a security approach in karst areas (Case study: Namakdan Cave in Qeshm Geopark)
