تحلیل و پایش پویایی کانون‌های سرقت از منزل در شهر سمنان

جرم پدیده ای ایستا نبوده و در زمان های مختلف بسته به هدف ، مکان های مختلفی را درگیر خود می کند؛ بنابراین بدین منظور، چگونگی حرکت و جابه جایی جرم سرقت از منزل در شهر سمنان در بستر زمان برای مدیریت هدفمند نیروهای پلیس و شناسایی عوامل مکانی دخیل در آن به عنوان هدفپژوهش انتخاب شده است.روش پژوهش حاضر تحلیلی-توصیفی و داده ها و اطلاعات مورد نیاز آن با دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی تهیه شده است. از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی و نرم افزارهای «اﮐﺴﻞ» و «اس.ﭘﯽ.اس.اس » ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر تحلیل های فضایی-مکانی و همچنین زمانی استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش جرائم سرقت از منزل از تاریخ 1394/1/1 ﺗﺎ 1394/12/29 در محدوده قانونی شهر سمنان به عنوان جامعه آماری موردمطالعه قرار گرفته است.بر اساس یافته های پژوهش سه کانون اصلی جرم سرقت از منزل در شهر سمنان در دو بافت ناکارآمد شهری به نام های محله کدیور و محله جهادیه و یک کانون در محدوده شهرک تعاون قرار گرفته است و همچنین از نظر زمانی وقوع سرقت منزل با زمان های تعطیلی و احتمالاً عدم حضور ساکنان در خانه تطابق دارد.نتیجه پژوهش نشان می دهد که هرچند از نظر کلی، جرم سرقت از منزل در شهر سمنان بر سه کانون عمده تمرکز دارد؛ اما این کانون ها در بستر زمان کاملاً پویا بوده و در طی فصول، ایام هفته و ساعات شبانه روز کاملاً جابه جا می شوند.

Dynamic analysis and Monitoring of Hotspots Home Theft in Semnan

Crime is not a static phenomenon and it engages different places in different time depending on its purpose; therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the how relocating the crime of burglary in Semnan in the context of time in order to purposefully manage the police forces and identify the spatial factors involved in it. The research method used in this study is descriptiveanalytical and the required data and information for the research are provided by two methods of library and field research. Geographic information system as well as Excel and SPSS software has been used for spatial and temporal analysis. In this study, the crime of burglary was studied in the legal district of Semnan as the statistical society. According to the findings of the research, three main Hotspots of Home theft crime in the city of Semnan are located in two dysfunctional urban texture that called Kadivar and Jahadieh neighborhoods and one center within the confines of the Ta’avon town. Also in terms of time, the committing of burglary matches with holidays and the likely absence of residents in the houses. The results show that although the crime of home burglary in Semnan generally focuses on three major Hotspots, these Hotspots are quite dynamic over time and move completely during the seasons, weekdays and day and night hours.
