آداب و رسوم و امنیتی ‌شدن پدیده‌های اجتماعی

تامین امنیت از اساسی‌ترین نیازهای بشر و دارای پیوندی عمیق با شکوفایی و رشد و توسعه نظام‌های سیاسی و حکومت‌هاست. از جمله عوامل موثر بر امنیت، احترام و رعایت آداب‌ورسوم در سطوح محلی، منطقه‌ای یا ملی موجود جامعه است؛ چنانچه موضوعاتی مانند تمسخر و توهین، تحقیر باورهای عمومی و اعتقادات، عدم توجه به بزرگان و نمادهای مردمی، عرف و ... به‌شدت مسائل اجتماعی را دستخوش تغییرات امنیتی می‌کنند. از سوی دیگر، مسائل اجتماعی در صورت حل نشدن می‌توانند به‌سرعت، به‌صورت بحران‌های سیاسی یا امنیتی تغییر شکل داده و تمامیت یک نظام اجتماعی را مورد تهدید قرار دهند و هزینه‌های اجتماعی بسیاری را برای جامعه ایجاد کنند. مواردی نظیر احساس ناامنی در بین شهروندان، اختلال در زندگی روزمره آنان، تضعیف انسجام اجتماعی و قطبی‌شدن جامعه، افزایش تخاصم و رفتارهای خشونت‌آمیز، کاهش اعتماد در بین بازیگران اجتماعی و ... ازجمله مهم‌ترین هزینه‌های اجتماعی امنیتی‌شدن مسائل اجتماعی هستند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی میزان تاثیر عدم توجه به آداب‌ورسوم اقوام بر امنیتی‌شدن پدیده‌های اجتماعی است. نوع پژوهش توسعه ایکاربردی، روش آن توصیفیتحلیلی و داده‌های پژوهش نیز به‌صورت اسنادی و میدانی جمع‌آوری و روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل آن نیز آمیخته بوده است. برای دستیابی به چارچوب، از وجوه مشترک منابع دینی، اسناد بالادستی، مکاتب امنیتی، نظریه های روان‌شناختی و جامعه‌شناختی و مصاحبه با اندیشمندان استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که عدم رعایت احترام به آداب‌ورسوم مردم در جامعه تاثیر مستقیم بر امنیتی‌شدن پدیده‌های اجتماعی دارند.

Etiquette and security of social phenomena

One of the most basic human needs are providing security and has a deep connection with the flourishing and growth of political systems and governments. Among the factors affecting security, respect and observance of customs at local, regional or national levels of society; If issues such as ridicule and insult, humiliation of public beliefs, lack of attention to elders and popular symbols, custom, etc., social issues are subject to severe security changes. On the other hand, social problems, if left unresolved, can quickly transform into political or security crises, threatening the integrity of a social system and creating many social costs for society. Issues such as feelings of insecurity among citizens, disruption of their daily lives, weakening of social cohesion and polarization of society, increasing conflict and violent behaviors, declining trust among social actors, etc. are among the most important social security costs of social issues. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of not paying attention to the customs of ethnic groups on the security of social phenomena. The type of developmentapplied research, its method is descriptiveanalytical and the research data has been collected in the form of documents and field and its analysis method has been mixed. Common aspects of religious sources, upstream documents, security schools, psychological and sociological theories, and interviews with thinkers were used to achieve the framework. Findings show that lack of respect for the customs and traditions of the people in society have a direct impact on the security of social phenomena.
