نقش بنیان‌های جغرافیایی در پدافند غیرعامل شهرستان گرمسار

از دیرباز، عوامل جغرافیایی ابزار آفند و پدافند، عامل امنیت و بعضاً ناامنی بوده‌اند. توجه به نقش این عوامل در قرن بیستم، به‌ویژه طی جنگ‌های جهانی اول و دوم، حاکی از اهمیت ویژه آن نزد برنامه‌ریزان و طراحان نظامی است؛ اما در اواخر قرن بیستم و شروع قرن بیست و یکم امنیت معنایی وسیع‌تر و فراتر از بعد نظامی پیدا کرده است. شهرستان گرمسار با توجه به اینکه از ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی، جغرافیایی و امنیتی برخورداراست، نیازمند مدلی برای توسعه پایدار از طریق پدافندغیرعامل می‌باشد؛ بنابراین پرسش اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که بنیان‌های جغرافیایی چه نقشی در تقویت پدافندغیرعامل در شهرستان گرمسار ایفا می‌کنند؟ روش انجام این پژوهش با توجه به موضوع، اهداف و شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات به‌صورت توصیفیتحلیلی می‌باشد و از طریق بررسی متون و نظریه‌های علمی در خصوص موضوع حاضر انجام شده است. بر این اساس جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای، مراجعه به پایگاه‌های داده و جستجوی اینترنتی مقالات دارای درجه علمی معتبر و به‌روزرسانی شده، با استفاده از فیش‌برداری بوده و از روش کیفی و استدلالی برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل آن‌ها استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که شرایط آب‌وهوایی، مسائل زیست‌محیطی، وضعیت زمین‌شناسی و ژئوتکنیکی، شرایط لرزه‌خیزی، مسیرهای دسترسی، امکانات فنی و ... از جمله عواملی است که در بررسی نقش بنیان‌های جغرافیایی در پدافندغیرعامل شهرستان گرمسار با درجه کمتر یا بیشتر نسبت به یکدیگر بایستی موردتوجه قرار گیرند.

the role of geographical foundations in passive defense: Case study of Garmsar city

From a long time ago, geographic factors are a tool and defense vehicles and security factor and sometimes insecurity. Considering the role of these factors in the twentieth century, especially during the First and Second World Wars, indicates its special importance to planners and military planners. But in the late twentieth century and the beginning of the twentyfirst century, security has become more meaningful and beyond the military dimension. Garmsar County, in view of the fact that different dimensions of economic, climatic, geographic and security require a model for sustainable development through nonoperating defense. The main question of the present article is that What role do geographic foundations play in enhancing passive defense in Garmsar? We have come up with the hypothesis we are testing to investigate the issue. The condition for the success of security, economic and social policies and, in general, the sustainable development of the Garmsar County, is to organize the geopolitical foundations of the nonworking defenses in the city. This method is qualitative will try to explain and analyze the subject using library resources and scientific and research articles. The results of the paper show that climate conditions, environmental issues, geological and geotechnical conditions, seismic conditions, access routes, technical facilities and ... One of the factors that should be considered in examining the role of geographic foundations in passive defense in Garmsar County with less or more degrees.
