تحلیل جایگاه امکانات و زیرساخت های پلیس هوشمند در ارتقاء امنیت شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر سمنان)

امروزه با گسترش مقوله شهرنشینی در شهر سمنان، اتخاذ رویکردهای تحولی مبتنی بر جامعه‌محوری، استخدام فناوری‌های نوین، حفظ امنیت و همچنین رصد و پایش روند تغییرات محیطی و اجتماعی با نگاه علمی و مسئله‌محور به‌منظور هوشمندی پلیس ضروری به نظر می‌رسد، در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل جایگاه امکانات و زیرساخت‌های پلیس هوشمند در ارتقاء امنیت شهری (موردمطالعه: شهر سمنان) می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر ماهیتی کاربردی دارد. روش تحقیق کمی می‌باشد و داده‌های آن از طریق منابع کتابخانه‌ای شامل (فیش‌برداری، اینترنت) و میدانی (پرسش‌نامه، مصاحبه) فراهم شده است. کارکنان نیروی انتظامی سمنان، به‌عنوان جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر انتخاب و حجم نمونه با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد (30) نفر تعیین شد. به‌منظور سنجش و تجزیه‌وتحلیل از نرم‌افزار «اس‌پی‌اس‌اس» استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه به روش گام‌به‌گام نشان داد، متغیر مستقل (امکانات و زیرساخت‌های پلیس هوشمند) با متغیر وابسته (امنیت شهری) دارای رابطه معناداری در سطح (0/5)=p می‌باشد. همچنین نتایج آزمون کای اسکویر برای تعیین تاثیر و ارتباط بین امکانات و زیرساخت‌های پلیس هوشمند و امنیت شهر سمنان با مقدار کای اسکویر به‌دست‌آمده (000/0)، نشان از ارتباط معنادار و مثبت بین جایگاه امکانات و زیرساخت‌های پلیس هوشمند و ارتقاء امنیت شهر سمنان دارد. در نهایت بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در هر دو آزمون، سامانه کنترل گشت‌های انتظامی (پلیس پیشگیری) با بیشترین میزان r، (0/943) و بیشترین میزان وی کرامرز (0/893)، بیشترین ارتباط معنادار بین این امکانات و ارتقاء امنیت شهر سمنان می‌باشد.

Analyze the Position of Smart Police Facilities and Infrastructure in Promoting Urban Security (Case Study: Semnan City)

Today, the police, by adopting transformational approaches based on communitybased, Recruitment of new technologies, maintaining security as well as monitoring the process of environmental and social change with a scientific and problemoriented approach to police intelligence has taken steps forward. In this regard, the aim of the present study is to analyze the Position of Smart Police Facilities and Infrastructure in Promoting Urban Security (Case Study: Semnan City).The present study is of a practical nature. The research method is quantitative, and its data are provided through library resources including (Taking notes, internet) and field (questionnaire, interview).The staff of Semnan Police Force was selected as the sample population of the present study and the sample size was determined using targeted sampling of 30 people. SPSS software was used to measure and analyze. The results of multiple regression tests showed that the independent variable (smart police facilities and infrastructure) has a significant relationship with the dependent variable (urban security) at the P=0.05 level.Also, the results of KaiSquir test to determine the effect and relationship between smart police facilities and infrastructure of Semnan city with the value of KaiSquir obtained 0.000,indicating a significant and positive relationship between the position of smart police facilities and infrastructure and improving security. It is the city of Semnan.Finally, based on the results of both tests, the Disciplinary Patrol Control System (Preventive Police) with the highest R (0.943),and the highest rate of VCromers (0.893), the most significant relationship between these facilities and improving the security of Semnan city.
