تبیین انضباط اجتماعی شهر با رویکرد مدیریت شهری(مطالعه موردی:ناحیه 2 منطقه 12 تهران)

نظام شهری در راستای رسیدن به اهداف توسعه‌ای و پیشرفت خود نیازمند انضباط اجتماعی است که بدون آن جوامع دچار اخلال شده و مشکلات گسترده‌ای ایجاد خواهد شد. عوامل گوناگونی در ایجاد انضباط اجتماعی موثر هستند و امروزه کلان‌شهرهای ایران را با مشکلاتی مواجه ساخته‌اند. همواره مناطق تجاری و خدماتی شهرها بیش از سایر مناطق با مشکلات انضباط اجتماعی مواجه هستند که این مسئله در کاهش سطح رفاه شهروندان آن محدوده تاثیرگذار می­باشد. ناحیه (2) منطقه (12) تهران یکی از نواحی است که به دلیل دارا بودن موقعیت مرکزی و داشتن مراکز خدماتیتجاری و گردشگری با پدیده‌های اخلال نظم مواجه است و این مسائل در کاهش انضباط اجتماعی آن موثر بوده‌اند. ازاین‌رو پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفیتحلیلی و کاربردی (عملی) به تبیین انضباط اجتماعی شهر با رویکرد مدیریت شهری و ارزیابی آماره‌های توصیفی چالش‌های مدیریت شهری و ابعاد انضباط اجتماعی با استفاده از آزمون میانگین و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در نرم‌افزار spss در ناحیه (2) منطقه (12) پرداخته است. نتایج نشان داد که چالش زیرساختی مهم‌ترین چالش‌های مدیریت شهری و نظم انسجامی و اعمال خشونت مهم‌ترین ابعاد انضباط اجتماعی را در ناحیه (2) منطقه (12) تشکیل می‌دهند. همچنین میان برخی از مولفه‌های مدیریت شهری و ابعاد مدیریت شهری رابطه وجود دارد که شدت روابط در اکثر متغیرها نسبتاً ضعیف است.

Explaining the social discipline of city with the approach of Urban Management (case study: region 2 of zone 12 of Tehran)

To achieve its developmental goals and for its improvement,the urban system requires social discipline without which it will face disorder and many problems.Various factors are effective in social discipline which nowadays have caused many problems for the metropolises of Iran.In this regard, the commercial and services zones of cities face social discipline problems more than other zones and this issue has decreased the level of welfare of citizens of such zones. Region2of zone12 of Tehran is one of the regions which faces order disruption due to its central situation and servicecommercial and touristic centers and these issues have decreased the social discipline of the zone. Accordingly, the present research explains the social discipline of city with the approach of political organization of space in region2of zone12of Tehran with a descriptiveanalytical and applied (practical) method. This research evaluates the descriptive statistics of the present spss organization challenges by the average test and Pearson correlation coefficient in the space political software and dimensions of social discipline in region2of zone12of Tehran. The results show that the infrastructural challenge is the most important challenge of Urban Management in region2of zone12and cohesive order and using violence consist the most important dimensions of social discipline in region2of zone12.In the end, there is a relationship between certain elements of Urban Management and dimensions of Urban Management and the intensity of this relationship in most variables is rather weak.
