نقش باززنده سازی هویت در برقراری نظم و امنیت اجتماعی با رویکرد فرهنگ و هنر (موردمطالعه : محله‌ی امام‌زاده یحیی تهران)

یکی از معضلات رشد شهرنشینی، وجود بافت کهن در دل شهرهای امروزی است. این بافت‌ها و بناهای با ارزش تاریخی مانند منطقه (12) تهران و به‌ویژه عودلاجان، میراث گران‌بهایی هستند که حفاظت و بازگرداندن روح زندگی و برقراری نظم و امنیت در آن منطقه و باز‌‌زنده‌سازی هویت و ارزش‌های فرهنگی به‌منظور کاهش جرائم در این‌گونه فضاها را می‌بایست موردتوجه قرار داد. هدف از این پژوهش باززنده‌سازی هویت در محله امامزاده‌یحیی در راستای ارتقاء فرهنگ، هنر و کاهش کانون‌های جرم‌خیز است. در این پژوهش ارزش‌های پنج مورد از خانه‌های تاریخی آن محله و تطبیق با نمای خانه‌های نوساز آن راسته بررسی شده و تحلیل پرسشگری (دو گونه پرسشنامه با رویکرد ارتباط کاهش جرم و باززنده‌سازی اصولی به همراه (8) شاخص و تعیین معیارهای باززنده‌سازی هویت با دیدگاه ارزش‌های فرهنگیهنری در خانه‌ها با (28) شاخص و (14) مولفه) از (160) نفر ساکنین محله امامزاده‌یحیی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss به‌منظور تبیین رابطه بین کاهش جرم و باززنده‌سازی هویت در آن منطقه انجام گرفته است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده ازاین‌قرار است که فرسودگی بافت، پایین بودن کیفیت ابنیه و مسکن ارزان، وجود خانه‌های مخروبه یا نیمه تخریب‌شده، باعث آسیب‌ها و ناهنجاری‌های اجتماعی مانند جذب افراد غیربومی کم‌درآمد یا بیکار شده است. ازاین‌رو با باززنده‌سازی هویت محله با اتخاذ سیاست‌های مناسب توسعه شهری، کاهش کاربری‌های غیرفعال، افزایش پویایی حضور مردم در محله، از بین بردن بی‌نظمی‌های کالبدی و استفاده از فنّاوری و حفظ الگوهای قدیمی در طراحی‌های امروز، می‌توان باعث ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی ساکنین بافت تاریخی و کاهش کانون‌های جرم‌خیز شد.

The Role of identity revitalization in Regularity and Social Security by approaching cultural and art (Case Study: Imamzadeh Yahya region, Tehran)

Nowadays,with the continuous growth of urbanization,various problems have started to grapple the cities more than ever.One of the issues, which is in fact both the cause and effect of many urban problems,is the presence of ancient architectures in the heart of today’s cities .The historical sections of cities cannot be considered as an isolated parts and in fact they play important roles in strategic planning the economic,social,and cultural development strategy of the whole city.Protecting these valuable historical sections,such as District 12 of Tehran and especially Oudlajan, provide the identity not only to the historical values and human civilization but also to the national pride and the culture.They are also very vital for maintaining each country security. What is currently important is to revitalize and to maintain safety in the area . But what needs to be considered about regeneration in order to reduce the crime in such areas is the identity of the existed cultural/artistic matters in the neighborhoods.The purpose of this article is to revitalize the existed character of the Imamzadeh Yahya neighborhood in order to promote culture and art and also to reduce crime rate.Analyzing the values of five historic homes in that district and comparing to newly built homes together with survey of the residents revealed that structure degradation, poor quality of buildings, and the presence of demolished or semidemolished houses have created social damage and anomalies.Therefore,Revitalizing of the neighborhood identity can improve the quality of life,reducing the crime rate for those who reside in these districts.
