تبیین رابطه بین تحول سازمانی (کوپ) و رضایتمندی مراجعین در پلیس شهرستان اردبیل

این پژوهش با هدف تبیین رابطه بین تحول سازمانی با رضایتمندی مراجعین در پلیس (کوپ) شهرستان اردبیل انجام شده و جنبه نوآوری در سازمان پلیس را دارد. در این پژوهش ابتدا محقق به تبیین مولفه‌های تحول سازمانی و رضایتمندی مراجعین پرداخته و همچنین نظریه ها و مدل‌های مختلف تحول سازمانی و رضایتمندی را مورد بررسی قرار داده، سپس رابطه موجود بین آن‌ها را شناسایی و در نهایت به تبیین فرضیه‌های موجود پرداخته است. ابعاد تحول سازمانی بر اساس مدل محقق ساخته، از (32) گویه و (5) خرده مقیاس تشکیل شده که به‌منظور بررسی نگرش مراجعین نسبت به ایجاد تحول در نظام مدیریتی به کار می‌رود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه مراجعین به کلانتری‌های شهرستان اردبیل می‌باشند که به‌عنوان نمونه برحسب جدول مورگان (125) نفر انتخاب شدند؛ همچنین از کارشناسان سازمانی در امور انتظامی به تعداد (20) نفر جهت راستی آزمایی استفاده شده است. بررسی نتایج پژوهش نشان داد از نظر مراجعین و کارشناسان سازمانی با استقرار مولفه‌های تحول سازمانی، رضایتمندی مراجعین افزایش می‌یابد و از بین مولفه‌های تحول سازمانی از نظر مراجعین بُعد رفتاری و از نظر کارشناسان سازمانی بُعد فرآیندی، دارای بیشترین همبستگی است. درمجموع می‌توان گفت یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد رضایتمندی مراجعین از پلیس کوپ شهرستان اردبیل در حد مطلوب است.

The main purpose of this research is to identify and evaluate the planning and Design criteria of the Pardis Police centers with the passive defense approach. The method used in this study due to combined use of quantitative and qualitative methods is considered as a combination method. In order to extract the criteria and valuation of effective indicators in the research, the documentary and library methods were used and the entropy and topsis methods were used to evaluate and weight the indicators. Among the four police centers in the city of Pardis, the Shahid Hojaji Station located in the first phase, scored the highest score, and Shahid Abbas Duran Station, located in the eighth phase, received the last rating. Among the 23 indicators used in the model, the highest weight belongs to the distance from the fire stations, the distance from the Sensitive centers and the distance from the economic centers, the least weight dedicated to the ratio of height to width, the ratio of length to the width and material of the facade of the buildings.
