تحلیل فضایی دسترسی به پلیس و تامین نظم و امنیت فضاهای گردشگری با استفاده از network analysis (مطالعه موردی: شهر اصفهان)

چکیده
|
امنیت جزء جدایی‌ناپذیر و لازم رونق و توسعه گردشگری شهری است که به‌طور معمول تحت تاثیر دسترسی به پلیس و نظارت این نهاد تامین نظم و امنیت عناصر گردشگری شهری به دست می‌آید. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی وضعیت مکانی و موقعیت جغرافیایی کلانتری‌ها، ازنظر دسترسی به فضاهای گردشگری (جاذبه‌های تاریخی و تفریحی و اقامتگاه‌های گردشگری) در شهر اصفهان پرداخته است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی تحلیلی و جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از ابزار تحلیل شبکه در نرم‌افزار arcgis، استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش ابتدا الگوی پراکنش فضایی کلانتری‌ها بررسی شد و در ادامه مسیرهای دسترسی کلانتری‌ها به فضاهای گردشگری مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت و در پایان شعاع عملکرد کلانتری‌ها نسبت به فضاهای گردشگری مشخص شد. نتایج نشان داد که کلانتری‌های شهر اصفهان، ازنظر دسترسی به فضاهای گردشگری در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارند؛ همچنین مشخص شد که تعداد کلانتری‌های شهر اصفهان در بخش مرکزی شهر بهخصوص محدوده فضاهای گردشگری، کافی نیست.

Abstract
|
Today, security is considered to be the most important principle in developing a tourism development strategy worldwide. Security for growth and development in the tourism industry is one of the most essential components needed. This study examines the geographical location of the police station in terms of access to tourism spaces in Isfahan. The applied research method is applied, and for analyzing data, the network analysis tool in the Arc GIS software has been used. In this study, the pattern of police station spatial distribution was first studied. In the following, police station access routes to the tourist areas were analyzed. And the radius of police station performance was determined in relation to tourist spots. The results showed that the police station locations in Isfahan are not in desirable position in terms of access to tourist spots. It was also found that the number of Police station in Isfahan, especially in the central part of the city, was not enough.
