مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان پرستاری با بیماران در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه

مقدمه: مهارت های ارتباطی به عنوان یک بخش مهم و ضروری در ارائه خدمات پرستاری شناخته شده است و ارتباطات غیرموثر به عنوان یک مانع قدرتمند در مراقبت سلامت محسوب می شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین وضعیت مهارت های ارتباطی دانشجویان پرستاری با بیماران بود.روش ها: این پژوهش توصیفی مقطعی در میان 200 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه در سال 1393 به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه استاندارد شامل دو بخش جمعیت شناختی و گویه های خودارزشیابی مهارت های برقراری ارتباط دانشجو با بیمار بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارآماری spss و با بهره گیری از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار تحلیلی (مربع کای، و همبستگی پیرسون) در سطح معنی داری 0/05 انجام گرفت.یافته ها: 54 درصد از دانشجویان دختر، 13/1 درصد متاهل و 79/4 درصد بومی استان کرمانشاه بودند. 85/1 درصد از شرکت کنندگان از نظر مهارت های ارتباطی ضعیف و 14/9 درصد متوسط بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بین مهارت های ارتباطی با جنسیت (0/002>p)، وضعیت تاهل (0/024>p) و سال تحصیلی دانشجویان (0/001>p) ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد و میانگین نمرات مهارت های ارتباطی در دانشجویان دختر از پسر بیشتر بود. نتایج نشان داد که به ترتیب 50/3، 37/6، 41/2، 34/7، 51/5 و 41/71 درصد دانشجویان از حداکثر نمره قابل اکتساب برای حیطه های شروع آگاهانه، مهارت های کلامی و غیرکلامی ارتباط، هماهنگی بیرونی و درونی، احترام به مددجو، پذیرش غیرمشروط مددجو و نمره کلی پرسشنامه مهارت های ارتباطی را دریافت کردند.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های مطالعه حاضر وضعیت مهارت های ارتباطی در میان دانشجویان نامطلوب بود و بیشترین ضعف مهارت های ارتباطی در حیطه های مهارت های کلامی و غیرکلامی ارتباط و هم چنین احترام به مددجو بود، که این ضعف می تواند مانع از برقراری ارتباط موثر با بیماران شود.

Nursing Students Communication Skills with Patients in Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Communication skills as an essential part in providing nursing care and ineffective communication consider as a powerful barrier to health care. The aimed of this study was to determine the status of nursing students' communication skills.Methods: This crosssectional study was done on 200 nursing students that were selected through convenience sampling at Kermanshah university of medical sciences in 2015. Data collection tools were standardized questionnaire including demographic and selfassessment student rsquo;s communication skills with patients. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and analytical statistics (Chisquare, and Pearson correlation), at 0.05 significance level through SPSS.Results: 54.3% of students were female, 13.1% married and 79.4% native to Kermanshah province. 85.1% and 14.9% of students had poor and average communication skills respectively. Findings show that there is significant relationship between gender (p<0.002),married status (p<0.024) and academic year (p<0.001) and communication skill mean of female students was higher than male students.). Participants obtained 50.3, 37.6, 41.2, 34.7, 51.5 and 41.7 percent of the maximum score for domains; starting conscious, verbal and nonverbal communication skills, inner and outer harmony, respect for patient, unconditional acceptance patient and overall score of communication skills questionnaire.Conclusion: According to the results, the communication skills was poor among students and the most weakness of communication skills related to verbal and non verbal skills and respect for the client. This weakness can be barrier for effective communication of nursing students with the patients.
