تجارب برتر دپارتمان های پزشکی: نوعی سیاست گزاری عملیاتی در راستای توسعه دانشکده و دانشگاه

تجربه برتر عبارت است از اقدامات، فرآیندها، روش‌ها، رویکردها و تکنیک‌های «موفق» که به‌نوعی ثابت شده در یک «منطقه مشخص»، «بهینه و موثر» بوده است. این رویکردها به‌دلیل سابقه موفقیتشان، قابل توصیه و اقتباس و به‌کارگیری توسط دیگر دستگاه‌ها و موسّسه‌ها هستند و امروزه نقش مهم و شایعی، هم به‌عنوان «شاخص» و هم به‌عنوان «ابزار سیاست‌گذاری» دارند. در این سیاست‌نامه به تعریف، انواع، نحوه شکل‌گیری و نقش تجارب برتر در سیاست‌گذاری توسعه‌ای دستگاه‌ها، به‌ویژه موسّسات آموزش عالی و سلامت محور همراه با معرفی پروژه در دست اجرای «تدوین تجارب برتر دانشکده پزشکی رشت» پرداخته خواهد شد.

best practice (bp) is defined as successful actions, processes, methods, approaches, and techniques that have somehow been proven to be optimal and effective in a certain area. these approaches can be recommended, adapted, and used by other administrations and institutions due to their success history, and nowadays, have a pivotal role, both as an index and as a policy-making tool.in this article, we have discussed the definition, types, formation, and role of bps in the policy-making of corporations, especially higher education and health-oriented institutions. at the end, we have introduced the ongoing project of development of bps at school of medicine in guilan university of medical sciences.
