بررسی دیدگاه دستیاران بیهوشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی نسبت به آزمون تدبیر مشکل بیمار به روش الکترونیک شاخه‌ای

مقدمه: بیهوشی جزء حیاتی مراقبت‌های پزشکی مدرن است و ارائه بیهوشی ایمن و موثر برای اطمینان از نتایج مثبت ضروری است. بااین‌حال، مدیریت مشکلات بیمار در طول بیهوشی می‌تواند یک کار چالش‌برانگیز باشد که به بررسی دقیق نیاز دارد. آزمون مدیریت الکترونیکی مشکل بیمار (epmp) در سال‌های اخیر به‌عنوان راهی برای بهبود مراقبت از بیمار و دستیابی به نتایج مثبت به‌طور فزاینده‌ای مورداستفاده قرار گرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه تبیین دیدگاه‌های دستیاران رشته بیهوشی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی شهیدبهشتی درمورد این آزمون و نقش آن در تدبیر مشکل بیمار است.روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شد. برای این منظور، نظرات 60 دستیار تخصّصی بیهوشی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی شهیدبهشتی نسبت به آزمون epmp بیمار ازطریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته به‌صورت فردی جمع‌آوری و سپس محتوای مصاحبه‌ها با روش تحلیل محتوا از نوع قرادادی تجزیه‌و تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: از داده‌های تحقیق 211 کد استخراج و به 5 طبقه اصلی شامل (ارتقای جوّ آزمون، تدوین سوالات مناسب براساس کتب مرجع آموزشی، اجرای بهتر آزمون، نظارت و ارزشیابی آزمون و نوآوری در نحوه انتخاب سوالات) و 16 طبقه فرعی دسته‌بندی و تفکیک شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: آزمون epmp یک رویکرد منحصربه‌فرد و نوآورانه برای حلّ مشکلات بیمار است و دستیاران را قادر می‌سازد تا مهارت‌های تفکّر انتقادی و توانایی‌های تصمیم‌گیری خود را بهبود بخشند. تبیین دیدگاه دستیاران بیهوشی درخصوص این آزمون می‌تواند به طراحی بهتر برنامه درسی، روش‌های تدریس و ادغام فنّاوری در آموزش پزشکی کمک کند.

examining the view of anesthesiology residents about the branch electronic patient management problem (epmp) test among shahid beheshti university of medical sciences

introduction: anesthesia is a vital component of modern medical care. providing safe and effective anesthesia is essential to ensure positive outcomes. however, managing patient problems during anesthesia can be a challenging task that requires careful consideration. electronic patient management problem (epmp) exam has been increasingly used in recent years as a way to improve patient care and achieve positive outcomes. the purpose of this study is to investigate the views of anesthesiology residents of shahid beheshti university of medical sciences regarding this exam and its role in managing the patient’s problem.methods: the current research was conducted using qualitative content analysis. for this purpose, the opinions of 60 anesthesiology residents of shahid beheshti university of medical sciences were collected through semi-structured individual interviews, and then the content of the interviews was analyzed using a conventional content analysis method.results: 211 codes were extracted from the research data. then, these codes were categorized into 5 main categories, including improving the atmosphere of the exam, developing appropriate questions based on educational reference books, better implementation of the exam, monitoring and evaluating the exam, and innovation in the way of choosing questions, and 16 subcategories.conclusion: the epmp exam is a unique and innovative approach to patient problem-solving and enables residents to improve their critical thinking skills and decision-making abilities. investigating the anesthesiology residents’ point of view about this test can help to design a better curriculum, teaching methods, and technology integration in medical education.
