پیش بینی رفتار تحصیلی نوآورانه دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان براساس مهارت های تفکر، مهارت کار تیمی و قابلیت های حل مساله

مقدمه: با توجه به سیاست کارآفرین کردن دانشگاه ها و دانشجویان، خلاقیت و رفتار نوآورانه دانشجویان می تواند علاوه بر توسعه ی محیط دانشگاهی، به کارآفرین شدن دانشجو و ایجاد زمینه ی اشتغال در آن، موثر واقع شود. لذا می توان گفت که در محیط متغیر و دانش محور کنونی، تنها دانشجویان نوآور می توانند موجودیت خود را حفظ کنند و به نیازهای بازار کار در زمان معین پاسخ دهند. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، پیش بینی رفتار تحصیلی نوآورانه دانشجویان براساس مهارت های تفکر، مهارت کار تیمی و قابلیت های حل مساله بود. روش ها: نوع پژوهش، مقطعی- همبستگی و جامعه آماری، دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 که از طریق جدول مورگان و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای 380 دانشجو به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، چهار پرسشنامه رفتار نوآورانه، مهارت های تفکر، کار تیمی و راهبرد حل مساله بود. تحلیل داده ها در سطح توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری spss و smart pls انجام گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین رفتار نوآورانه (0/73±3/34)، مهارت های تفکر (0/53±3/6) و کار تیمی (0/61±3/55) بالاتر از حد متوسط بود. همچنین میانگین مولفه اعتماد به حل مسایل (6/16±47/49) بالاتر از نمره ملاک و میانگین مولفه های گرایش اجتناب (10/64±52/98) و کنترل شخصی (4/54±13/92) پایین تر از نمره ملاک بود. ضرایب مسیر نشان داد که مهارت تفکر (beta=0.195, p=0.003)و کار تیمی (beta=0.377, p=0.001) روی رفتار نوآورانه دانشجویان تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار دارد و قابلیت حل مساله (beta=0.061, p=0.08) روی رفتار نوآورانه دانشجویان تاثیر معنی داری نداشت.نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصله نشان داد که رفتار نوآورانه دانشجویان، متاثر از مهارت های تفکر و کار تیمی است. تایید رابطه میان مهارت های تفکر و کار تیمی با رفتار نوآورانه دانشجویان و شناسایی بعد یا ابعادی از مهارت های تفکر و کار تیمی که بیشترین ارتباط را با رفتار نوآورانه دانشجویان داشت، به مسئولان و دست اندرکاران نظام آموزشی کمک می کند تا با توجه به قابل رشد بودن مهارت های تفکر و کار تیمی، زمینه های رشد خلاقیت و رفتار نوآورانه را در دانشجویان فراهم نمایند.

predicting innovative academic behavior of students based on thinking skills, teamwork skills and problem solving abilities

introduction: according to the policy of entrepreneurship of universities and students, creativity and innovative behavior in students not only can be effective in the development of the university environment, but also, making students become entrepreneurs and creating employment. in fact, it can be said that in the current changing and knowledge- oriented environment, only innovative students can respond to the needs of the labor market in a given time. therefore, the aim of this research was to predict students’ innovative academic behavior based on thinking skills, teamwork skills and problem solving abilities.method: this is a cross- sectional and correlation study. statistical population consisted of all students in university of kashan in academic year 2022-2023 (n=7873) that by using morgan table and stratified random sampling 380 ones, selected as sample. the research tools were four questionnaires of innovative behavior, thinking skills, teamwork and problem solving strategy. data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics level through spss & smart pls.results: the findings showed that the mean of innovative behavior (3.34±0.73), thinking skills (3.6±0.53) and teamwork (3.55±0.61) were higher than average. also, the mean component of confidence in solving problems (47.49±6.16) is higher than the criterion score and the average components of avoidance tendency (52.98±10.64) and personal control (13.92±4.54) are lower than criterion score. the path coefficients showed that thinking skills (beta=0.195, p=0.003) and teamwork (beta=0.377, p=0.001) have a positive & significant effect on students’ innovative behavior but problem solving ability (beta=0.061, p=0.08) has no significant effect on students’ innovative behavior.conclusion: the results of this research showed that students’ innovative behavior is affected by thinking and teamwork skills. confirming the relationship between thinking skills and teamwork with students’ innovative behavior and identifying the dimension or dimensions of thinking skills and teamwork that has the most relationship with students’ innovative behavior will help the officials and practitioners of the educational system to consider the development of thinking skills and teamwork provide the grounds for the development of creativity and innovative behavior in students.
