بررسی ارتباط بین مدیریت دانش با عملکرد پرستاران از دیدگاه آنان در بخش های اورژانس

مقدمه: مدیریت دانش برای دستیابی به عملکرد سازمانی قدرتمند بسیار حائز اهمیت است. موفقیت یا شکست در مدیریت دانش به این بستگی دارد که اعضاء سازمان، اطلاعات خویش را چگونه و تا چه اندازه موثر تسهیم و از آن استفاده می کنند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط مدیریت دانش با عملکرد پرستاران اورژانس انجام شد.روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه تحلیلی- مقطعی است بر روی230 پرستار شاغل در بخش های اورژانس مراکز آموزشی درمانی شهرستان رشت در سال 1396 انجام گرفت. نمونه ها از طریق تمام شماری وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه مقیاس اندازه گیری عملکردی و شاخص مدیریت دانش متقی بود که پس از تائید روائی و پایائی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.  داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و درصد) و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و مدل رگرسیون لوجستیک) و از طریق نرم افزار آماری spss تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار مدیریت دانش0/54±2/06 و عملکرد پرستاران اورژانس0/57±2/99 بود. نتایج حاصل از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که بین مدیریت دانش و عملکرد پرستاران اورژانس رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد (0/198=r و 0/0002=p). همچنین بین زیر مقیاس های عملکرد پرستاران (شایستگی، نگرش، تمایل به بهبود و استفاده از فرایند پرستاری) با مدیریت دانش ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده نشد (p<0.0001).نتیجه گیری: پرستاری موثر به مهارت های حرفه ای نیاز دارد. به منظور افزایش عملکرد پرستار، دانش و تجربه پرستاران باید در سراسر سازمان شناسایی و به اشتراک گذاشته شود. از این رو مدیریت موثر دانش پرستاری جهت بهبود نتایج عملکرد آن حیاتی است. نتایج مطالعه حاضر می تواند به توسعه سیستم های کارآمد و موثر مدیریت دانش جهت افزایش فرهنگ تسهیم دانش و یادگیری سازمانی کمک کند که منجر به بهبود بهره وری می گردد.

survey the relationship between knowledge management and performance of nurses from their viewpoint in the emergency departments

introduction: knowledge management is very important for achieving a powerful organizational performance. the success or failure of knowledge management depends on how the organization’s members share and use their information effectively. the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge management and emergency nursing function.methods: this descriptive-analytic study was performed on 230 nurses working in the emergency department of educational centers in rasht city in 2017. samples entered the study through census. data collection tools include demographic information questionnaire, functional measurement scale and knowledge management index  that were valid. data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (spearman correlation coefficient and logistic model ) in spss.results: the mean and standard deviation of knowledge management was 2.06± 0.54  and the performance of emergency nurses was 2.99 ± 0.57. the results of spearman’s correlation coefficient showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and the performance of emergency nurses.  (p= 0.0002 and r=0.198). there was no significant relationship between nurses’ performance sub-scales (competence, attitude, desire to improve and use nursing process) with knowledge management (p <0.0001).conclusion: effective nursing requires professional skills. in order to have a higher performance of a nurse, there is aneed to identify and share knowledge and experience of the nurses in the organizations. therefore, effective management of nursing knowledge is vital for improving its performance outcomes. the results of the study can contribute to the development of efficient and effective knowledge management systems to enhance the culture of knowledge sharing and organizational learning that leads to improved productivity.
