ارزیابی محیط آموزش بالینی دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز از دیدگاه دستیاران تخصصی براساس مدل pheem

مقدمه: محیط آموزش بالینی مناسب سهم مهمی در موفقیت و پیشرفت فراگیران داشته و باعث اثربخشی برنامه های آموزشی می شود. با توجه به اینکه ارزیابی محیط آموزش بالینی و وجود برنامه ای جهت بهبود آن یک ضرورت توسعه ی آموزش پزشکی می باشد، این مطالعه جهت ارزیابی محیط آموزش بالینی طراحی گردید.روش ها: این مطالعه تحلیلی- مقطعی، بر روی دستیاران 9 رشته تخصصی ارتودنسی، کودکان، پروتز، رادیولوژی، بیماریهای دهان، جراحی، اندودنتیکس، ترمیمی و پریودنتیکس (67 نفر) دانشکده دندانپزشکی تبریز در سال 1400 انجام گرفت. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه pheem بود که با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه از طریق نرم افزارآماریspss تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین کل محیط آموزشی بالینی دستیاران برابر 85/65 است که بیانگر وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوب می باشد. همچنین میانگین نمرات کل در سه زیر معیار ادراک دستیاران از تدریس، استقلال نقش و حمایت اجتماعی به ترتیب 33/19 (تدریس در مسیر صحیح سیر می کند)، 29/42 (درک مثبت از نقش فرد) و 23/06 (بیشتر مثبت درک می شود تا منفی) بود. تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه حاکی از آن بود که بین میانگین نمرات در رشته های تخصصی مختلف اختلاف معنی دار وجود دارد (0/001>p).نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصله، محیط آموزش بالینی دستیاری دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز از نظر دستیاران نسبتاً مطلوب ارزیابی شد. در فرآیند ارتقای محیط آموزشی می توان به شاخص هایی نظیر ایجاد ساز و کار حمایتی و پاسخگو به نیازهای اجتماعی و شخصی دستیاران، برگزاری جلسات توجیهی در ابتدای دوره، بهبود تسهیلات رفاهی و فراهم نمودن فرصت های یادگیری بالینی بیشتر اشاره کرد.

assessment of clinical educational environment from viewpoints of post-graduate dental students using pheem

introduction: appropriate clinical educational environment has an important role in the success and academic achievements of the learners and makes educational programs effective. considering that evaluation of the clinical educational environment and designing a plan to improve it is a necessity for the development of medical education, this study was designed to assess clinical educational environment of tabriz dental faculty in 2021.methods: in this cross-sectional analytical study has been done on post-graduate students of orthodontics, pediatrics, prosthetics, radiology, oral disease, surgery, endodontics, restorative and periodontics disciplines (67 participants) in 2021. the data collection tool was pheem questionare, which was analyzed using one-way analysis of variance through spss.results: the mean total score of the educational environment was 85.65, so the students assessed the environment as relatively favorable. the mean of the total scores in three subscales of students’ perception of teaching, role autonomy and social support were 33.19 (moving in the right direction), 29.42 (more positive perception of individual’s role) and 23.06 (more pros than cons), respectively. one-way analysis of variance showed that the difference in the mean scores between different disciplines was significant (p <0.001).conclusion: the clinical educational environment of tabriz dental school was assessed as relatively favorable. in the process of improving the educational environment, indicators such as providing a supportive mechanism that responds to the social and personal needs of the students, holding meetings at the beginning of the course, improving welfare facilities and providing more clinical learning opportunities can be mentioned.
