شناسایی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر آموزش بالینی در آموزش از راه دور دانشجویان پزشکی در پاندمی کرونا

مقدمه: ویروس کرونا آموزش پزشکی در جهان را مختل کرده است. اکثر دانشکده های پزشکی تلاش می کنند برای حفظ یادگیری استاندارد دانشجویان پزشکی در بیمارستان های آموزشی از آموزش مجازی استفاده کنند. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر آموزش بالینی دانشجویان پزشکی در آموزش از راه دور در شرایط کرونا است.روش ها: مطالعه کیفی حاضر با روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. نمونه تحقیق، مقالات با موضوع آموزش مجازی، آموزش پزشکی و آموزش بالینی در پاندومی کرونا بود. 23 مقاله برای بررسی نهایی انتخاب شدند. کدگذاری باز مقالات با استفاده از نرم افزار 10 maxqda انجام گرفت. در مرحله بعد، کدها براساس تشابه مفهومی و معنایی گروه بندی و هر طبقه با عناوینی که مبین ویژگی های آن بود، نام گذاری شد. جهت بررسی اعتبار و روایی پژوهش متن مقالات در اختیار دو نفر متخصص آموزش پزشکی قرار گرفت تا کدگذاری انجام شود.یافته ها: نتایح تحلیل داده ها در فرآیند به شناسایی 73 کد باز منجر شد که در نهایت با دسته بندی و تحلیل کدها، 3 مقوله اصلی و 7 مقوله محوری شامل افزایش صلاحیت بالینی دانشجویان پزشکی در پاندومی کرونا (کاهش آسیب به بیماران با استفاده از آموزش مجازی، ارتقای کیفیت و کمیت یادگیری با استفاده از آموزش الکترونیک، افزایش مهارت ارتباطی دانشجویان در آموزش بالینی مجازی)، ارتقای کیفیت آموزش بالینی با استفاده از رویکرد آموزش مجازی (ایجاد و حفظ یادگیری استاندارد، ایجاد بستر مناسب جهت آموزش مجازی بالینی)، توسعه آموزش بالینی با استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیک (کاهش محدودیت زمانی و مکانی در آموزش بالینی با استفاده از فضای مجازی، ایجاد محیط شبیه سازی جهت آموزش بالینی) شکل گرفت.نتیجه گیری: کاهش کیفیت و کمیت آموزش پزشکی در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی به مرور زمان برنحوه درمان بیماران و در سلامت افراد تاثیر منفی خواهد داشت. با توجه به پاندومی کرونا و کاهش آموزش پزشکی در بیمارستان های آموزشی استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیک به عنوان رویکردی نوین در یادگیری می تواند در راستای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش بالینی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

identifying and explaining effective factors on clinical education of medical students in virtual education: corona pandemic

introduction: corona virus has disrupted medical education in the world. most medical schools try to use e- learning to maintain the standard learning of medical students in teaching hospitals. the aim of this study was to identify and explain the factors affecting the clinical education of medical students in distance education in coronary conditions.method: this qualitative study was performed by content analysis method. sample research was articles on virtual education, medical education and clinical education in corona pandemics. 23 articles were selected for the final review. open coding of articles was performed using maxqda10 software. in the next step, the codes were grouped based on conceptual and semantic similarity, and each category was named with the titles that indicated its characteristics. in order to check the validity of the research, the text of the articles was given to two medical education specialists to be coded.results: the results of data analysis in the process led to the identification of 73 open codes, which finally by categorizing and analyzing the codes, 3 main categories and 7 central categories, including increasing the clinical competence of medical students in corona pandemic (reducing harm to patients using virtual education improving the quality and quantity of learning using e- learning, increasing students’ communication skills in virtual clinical education), improving the quality of clinical education using the virtual education approach (creating and maintaining standard learning, creating a suitable platform for virtual clinical education), developing clinical education using e-learning (reducing time and space constraints in clinical education using cyberspace, creating a simulation environment for clinical education) was formed.conclusion: decreasing the quality and quantity of medical education in medical universities over time has a negative effect on the treatment of patients and their health. due to the corona pandemic and the reduction of medical education in teaching hospitals, e- learning as a new approach in learning can be used to improve the quality of clinical education.
