تدوین الگوی سیستم پشتیبانی دانشجویی در محیط آموزش مجازی: ضرورتی در مواجه با بحران کرونا

مقدمه: با شیوع بیماری ویروس کرونا (کووید-19)، شاهد گسترش روند یادگیری الکترونیکی در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی هستیم. از آن جایی که موفقیت دانشجو در این نوع آموزش ها به پشتیبانی مناسب و موثر نیاز دارد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی سیستم پشتیبانی دانشجویی در محیط آموزش مجازی در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی انجام شد. روش ها: این تحقیق از نظر ماهیت و اهداف، کاربردی و از نظرجمع آوری داده ها در گروه تحقیقات کیفی قرار دارد. برای تدوین الگو از داده های حاصل از جستجو در منابع اطلاعاتی در بازه زمانی 1990 تا2020 و نتایج حاصل از تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه با صاحب نظران به روش تحلیل تماتیک استفاده شده است. روایی و پایایی داده های مصاحبه براساس معیارهای لینکلن و گوبا مورد تایید قرار گرفت. بر اساس داده ها، الگوی سیستم پشتیبانی دانشجویی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی در محیط آموزش مجازی با سنتز ذهنی خلاقانه تدوین گردید. یافته ها: در الگوی ارائه شده، هفت پشتیبانی کلیدی به عنوان ابعاد مهم سیستم پشتیبانی دانشجویی در محیط آموزش مجازی معرفی شده است. طبق این الگو، در کنار پشتیبانی دانشجویی لازم است اساتید و کارکنان هم مورد حمایت و پشتیبانی قرار گیرند. در این الگو، پشتیبانی دانشجویی از نظر زمانی، قبل از تحصیل، در حین تحصیل و بعد از فراغت از تحصیل برای موفقیت دانشجویان درنظر گرفته شده است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، از آن جایی که ضرورت وجود سیستم پشتیبانی دانشجویی در محیط یادگیری الکترونیکی و آموزش مجازی برای موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان، امری اجتناب ناپذیر است، لذا توصیه می شود مسئولین و مدیران دانشگاه ها، از نتایج این مطالعه برای پیاده سازی سیستم پشتیبانی دانشجویی در محیط آموزش های مجازی در دانشگاه خود استفاده نمایند.

designing the model of student support system in the virtual learning environment: a necessity in the face of the corona crisis

introduction: process of e-learning in universities because of coronavirus (covid- 19) outbreak was developed. since the success of students in this type of education requires appropriate and effective support, the present study has been done to develop a model of support system in virtual learning environment in medical universities. methods: this is an applied qualitative research. to design the model, data obtained from searching information sources in the period of 1990 to 2020 was used as well as thematic analysis to analyze the results of interviews with experts. the validity and reliability of the interview data were confirmed based on lincol & guba evaluative criteria. based on the data, the model of the student support system of medical universities in the virtual learning environment was developed by creative mental synthesis. results: in this model, seven key supports have been introduced as important dimensions of the student support system in the virtual education environment. in addition to student support, professors and staff need to be supported. also, student support before, during, and after graduation is required for students' success in this model. conclusion: according to the research findings, since the necessity of student support system in the environment of e-learning and virtual learning is inevitable for students' academic success, therefore, it is recommended that university officials and administrators use the results of this study to implement a student support system in the virtual learning environment at their university.
