نیاز سنجی برنامه های آموزش مداوم پرسنل پرستاری شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان

مقدمه: گستره نقش های پرستاران در مراکز درمانی موجب شده تا نیازهای آموزشی آنان نیز تغییر یابد و در این بین تعیین مستمر نیازهای آموزشی پرستاران ضروری است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نیازهای آموزشی پرسنل پرستاری بیمارستان های تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش ها: این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی بر روی کلیه پرستاران بیمارستان ها و مراکز آموزشی و درمانی تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان بود. تعداد 331 نفر از این افراد به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در دو بخش اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و سوالات مربوط به دوره های تخصصی استفاده شد. داده ها از طریق شاخص های توصیفی، آزمون t تک گروهی و نرم افزار آماری spss نسخه 25 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: از میان 331 نفر شرکت کننده در مطالعه 182 نفر (55 درصد) پرستاران زن و 149 نفر (45 درصد) پرستاران مرد بودند. میانگین سنی شرکت کنندگان برای زنان 32 سال و مردان 36 سال بود. چهار دوره احیاء بزرگسالان، تهویه مکانیکی، تفسیر ecg و احیاء مادر و پره اکلامپسی به ترتیب با میانگین و انحراف معیار 1/035±4/68، 0/801±4/38، 1/70±4/27 و 0/980±4/12 دارای بالاترین میانگین در بین سایر دوره ها بودند. نتیجه گیری: نیازسنجی از پرستاران به عنوان جامعه هدف در کنار استفاده از نظر خبرگان و مدیران پرستاری می تواند به اثربخشی بیشتر در تدوین دوره ها بینجامد.

needs assessment of continuing education programs for nursing staff working in zanjan university of medical sciences

introduction: the range of nurses' plans in medical centers has changed their educational needs in the meantime, determining educational needs of nurses continuously is necessary. therefore, the present study was designed and conducted to determine the educational needs of nursing staff in hospitals affiliated to zanjan university of medical sciences. methods: this descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on all nurses in hospitals and educational and medical centers affiliated to zanjan university of medical sciences. 331 of these individuals were selected by simple random sampling. a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information in two sections: demographic information and questions related to specialized courses. data were analyzed using descriptive indices, one-group t-test through spss. results: among 331 participants in the study, 182 (55%) were female nurses and 149 (45%) were male nurses. the mean age of participants was 32 years for women and 36 years for men. four periods of adult resuscitation, mechanical ventilation, ecg interpretation and maternal resuscitation and preeclampsia with mean and standard deviation of 4.68±1.035, 4.38±0.801, 4.27±1.70 and 4.12±0.980, respectively had the highest mean among other periods. conclusion: needs assessment of nurses as a target community along with using the opinion of nursing experts and managers can lead to greater effectiveness in developing courses.
