شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه های ارتقاء نظام آموزش پزشکی در تراز بین المللی با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی

مقدمه: از آنجائی که توجه به کیفیت و کمیت آموزش پزشکی و بهبود آن نقش بسزایی در ارتقاء نظام سلامت کشور دارد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه های و به منظور ارتقای نظام آموزش پزشکی با تراز بین المللی در کشور صورت گرفته است. روش ها: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و درسال 1398 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان انجام شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش تلفیقی شامل سه روش، مطالعه اسنادی، دلفی فازی و پیمایشی استفاده گردید. در تکنیک دلفی روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند بود و با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته تا رسیدن به اشباع داده ها با 10 نفر از خبرگان و صاحب نظران حوزه های آموزش علوم پزشکی و مدیریت آموزشی مصاحبه انجام شد. به منظور تحلیل محتوای در مرحله اول از تحلیل محتوای کیفی و در مرحله دوم و سوم از تحلیل دلفی فازی استفاده شد .یافته ها: در ابتدا از داده های حاصل از مصاحبه ها 612 کد اولیه استخراج که پس از بازنگری مداوم به 200 کد تقلیل یافت و در نهایت این کدها در قالب 3 تم اصلی (14 طبقه) شامل اصلاح و رتبه بندی در نظام آموزشی (خلاقیت در آموزش پزشکی، استانداردسازی عوامل آموزش و پژوهش، سنجش کیفی و کمی آموزش)، ارتقای کیفیت آموزش دانشگاه (اهداف و جایگاه سازمانی اساتید، دانشجو و فرصت های مطالعاتی، دوره های آموزشی و راهبردهای یادگیری/یاددهی، امکانات و تجهیزات آموزشی، عملکرد آموزشی) و بین المللی سازی آموزش (شرایط جهانی و منطقه ای، شرایط فرهنگی، اقتصادی و سیاسی، همکاری علمی و تجهیزات، مدیریت و منابع انسانی، فعالیت های فوق برنامه و درسی، نظارت و بازبینی) و 100 زیر طبقه تقسیم بندی گردیده است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که جهت مقوله بین المللی سازی دانشگاه ها و ایجاد بستری پویا، سیاست گذاری درازمدت برای بهبود فعالیت های پژوهشی، آموزشی، خدماتی و هماهنگی میان بخش های مختلف دانشگاه ضروری به نظر می رسد.

identification of the dimensions and components of medical education system enhancement at international level using delphi analysis

introduction: since paying attention to the quality and quantity of medical education and its improvement has a key role in promoting national health system, the present study aimed to identify the dimensions and components of and to improve the medical education system at the international level in iran.methods: this research is applied in terms of purpose and was conducted in guilan university of medical sciences in 2019. to collect data, a combined method including three methods of documentary study, fuzzy delphi, and survey was used. sampling method in delphi technique was purposeful and 10 experts and scholars in the fields of medical sciences and education management were interviewed using semi-structured interviews to achieve data saturation. to analyze the content, the qualitative content analysis was used in the first stage and fuzzy delphi analysis in the second and third stages.result: initially, 612 initial codes were extracted, which were reduced to 200 codes after continuous review, and finally these codes were divided into 3 main categories (14 classes) including making corrections and ranking in the educational system (creativity in medical education, standardization of education and research factors, qualitative and quantitative assessment), improving the quality of academic education (goals and organizational status of professors, students and study opportunities, training courses and learning/teaching strategies, educational facilities and equipment/ educational performance), and internationalization of education (global and regional conditions, cultural, economic, and political conditions, scientific cooperation and equipment, management and human resources, extracurricular and curricular activities, and supervision and review) and 100 subcategories.conclusions: the results showed that it is required to make long-term policies to improve research, educational, service and coordination activities between different parts of the university in order to internationalize universities and create a dynamic environment.
