مقایسه تطبیقی- تحلیلی نظام آموزشی دوره دکتری تخصصی پرستاری در ایران و دانشکده پرستاری پنسیلوانیای آمریکا

مقدمه: آموزش و تربیت نسل آتی پرستاران ایجاب می کند که برنامه های آموزشی دوره دکتری پرستاری با تغییرات روز افزون جهانی و دانش های نوظهور همگام باشند. با مقایسه نظام های آموزشی می توان به اعتبار آکادمیک برنامه های آموزشی، گسترش افق پرستاری و ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری کمک کرد. هدف از این مطالعه، مقایسه تطبیقی نظام آموزشی دوره دکترای تخصصی پرستاری در ایران و دانشکده پرستاری پنسیلوانیای آمریکا است.روش ها: این مطالعه به روش توصیفیتطبیقی در سال 1398 انجام گردید. از الگوی چهار مرحله ای beredy شامل توصیف، تفسیر، هم جواری و مقایسه، جهت مقایسه دو نظام آموزشی مذکور استفاده شد. جستجوی اینترنتی، با کلیدواژه های فارسی و انگلیسی و در پایگاه داده های مرتبط انجام شد. سپس، داده های حاصله براساس هدف پژوهش، طبقه بندی و مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: اگرچه دوره دکتری پرستاری ایران و پنسیلوانیا از لحاظ ساختار تا حد زیادی با هم مشترک هستند ولی از نظر محتوی در ارزش ها، فلسفه، چشم انداز و رسالت، اهداف کلی دوره، شرایط پذیرش، برنامه های آموزشی، نقش ها و صلاحیت های اصلی فارغ التحصیلان تفاوت های زیادی دارند. تفاوت های فاحش شامل بحث رهبری بین المللی در زمینه علم، عمل و پژوهش، سلامت جهانی، تنوع دوره های پرستاری متناسب با نیازهای جامعه و همکاری بین رشته ای می شوند .نتیجه گیری: براساس یافته ها، دوره ی دکترای پرستاری در ایران علیرغم محتوای نظری مناسب، از بُعد بالینی و حضور در عرصه های بین المللی ضعیف بوده، از این رو ارائه دوره ی دکترای پرستاری بالینی، و به روز کردن برنامه های آموزشی متناسب با تغییرات الگوی بیماری ها، همکاری های بین رشته ای و بین المللی و توجه به نقش رهبری پرستاری در زمینه علم، پژوهش و سلامت جهانی پیشنهاد می گردد.

Comparative - analytic Study of Curriculum of Nursing Ph.D Education System in Iran and Pennsylvania School of Nursing

Introduction: Education and training of the next generation of nurses requires that the curriculum of nursing doctoral programs be in line with the everchanging global and emerging knowledge sciences. Comparing educational systems can help to enhance academic credibility of educational programs, expand nursing vision, and improve the quality of nursing care. The purpose of this study was to compare the educational system of Nursing Ph.D in Iran and Pennsylvania School of nursing.Methods: This Comparative analytic study was performed in 2019. The fourstage Beredy model of description, interpretation, neighborhood and comparison was used to compare the nursing educational system in Iran and Pennsylvania School of nursing. Data were collected by Persian and English keywords in Google. Then the data were categorized and compared according to the aim of the research.Results: The structure of nursing Ph.D program in Iran and Pennsylvania are largely similar to each other but there are significant differences in values, philosophy, vision and mission, main goals of the course, admission requirements, curriculum, role dimensions and core competencies of the graduates. These significant differences include international leadership in science, practice and research, global health, diversity of nursing courses tailored to the needs of the community, and interdisciplinary collaboration.Conclusion: According to the findings, PhD in Nursing in Iran, despite the appropriate theoretical content, is weak in terms of clinical dimension and presence in the international arena. Therefore, presenting the doctoral course in clinical nursing, and updating the educational program in accordance with changes in the pattern of diseases, interdisciplinary and international collaboration and paying attention to the role of nursing leadership in science, research and global health is suggested.
